(This is a pretty epic looking drawing!)

Hunter gets himself ready by doing some basic stretches along with popping his joints from his neck all the way down to his toes.

Hunter: So you got anything you want to say before we start, any rules to these dark elf traditions of yours, got something you want to get of your chest?

Vilre: *twists his body to pop his back* Yeah.. Killing isn't allowed. And no tricks.

Tricia: Pfft, are you actually being nice to him, dear? ;D That's so weeeird.

Vilre: I'm not being-!? Those are the rules!
Tricia: *Siiiiiigh* I guess so. And here I thought you were gonna keep it to yourself.

Vilre: That's not how I aim to honor traditions, Trish. *Looks to Hunter* You make the first move. I'll give you that much.

Yumi: GOOOOO! ^o^ Fight, fight!

Jocelyn: Mom, now may be a good time...

-With that, Jocely and Tricia raised a barrier-

Hunter immediately starts the fight off by rocketing straight towards Vilre while looking to throw a punch directly towards his face, the plan was to get in as fast as possible so his opponent didn't have a chance to think.

-Vilre stands there and takes the punch! Upon impact, he realizes that he would need to be serious as Hunter was stronger than he originally thought.
Skidding back into a stumble before falling over, Vilre held his face, rubbing it slowly-

Vilre: ..Looks like you have some strength behind those fists.. *Ptoo!* Alright.

-He gets up, firmly plants his feet into the ground. Suddenly, he springs forward, delivering a sharp uppercut to Hunter's stomach!-

Alex: Uwaaaa, I can't watch this! >o<

Tricia: Honey, that's rude. You're supposed to cheer your man on. -o- *Daintly eats a cookie*

Jocelyn: Geez, they're really going at it. .-.

Hunter wasn't expecting that, the strike knocked the wind out of him a bit. He hops back to gain some distance and to recover.

Hunter: I can say the same to you..I thought you just knew how to..swing a sword. Ah, you made me bite my tongue!

He stomps his foot on the ground multiple times to take his mind off of the pain, but while doing so he noticed the ground breaking apart beneath him little by little. This sparked an idea, so with his might seriously put into it he shattered the surface under him and began tossing the large pieces of rock and stone which carried along some bones with them in Vilre's direction.

Lann: There you go Hunter, start using that head of yours!

Vilre: Had I have known that, I would've brought it to this skirmish.

Yumi: Woo-hoo! Go go! ^o^

-Vilre looks in disbelief as he sees Hunter chucking the debris at him. He has some time to block some of it, while throwing punches at some, breaking it with his fists.
It looks as though that's distracting him well enough-

Jocelyn: That brother of yours is pretty rescorceful. That's good strat. *Passes her a packed sandwich*

Alexi: I-I want them both to be okay, b-but omg... So violent.. D:

Lann: I've taught him most of the things he knows, it's up to him to take my teachings to heart or to do his own thing. Oh thanks, *takes the sandwich and bites into*

Hunter comes charging in again while trying his best to blend in with all the debris and dust that Vilre was creating, he goes to attack the back of Vilre's right side once he had a good view of him.

-Vilre doesn't notice until the last second, but the attack sends the dark elf flying! As soon as he hits the ground, Vilre firmly plants his hand on the ground, spin-kicking back up, and then lunges at Hjnter again!
He exchanges fists with him in a barrage of attacks-

Jocelyn: ?? That's... odd.

Alexi: W-what, what's odd?

Jocelyn: Dad ate that last attack from Hunter, but I swear.. I thought I just saw him smirk?

Tricia: Ehh? You must be seeing things, darling hasn't smiled since... Ever. :3

Lann: Really now.., well even so I'm sure my little brother is enjoying having someone to fight on equal footings with even with the stakes at hand.

Hunter barley kept blocking and dodging Vilre's attacks before deciding in the end to throw those tactics out the window and focus on mainly scoring blows with him, every blow was driving Hunter further back but he just keeps going right back in. This was turning into more of a fight of who had the most stamina and heavier punches!

-The two kept fighting, not giving an inch. Each blow draws blood from each fighter as they go the distance; A father trying to protect his daughter. And a boyfriend trying to prove that his love was in safe hands.
The girls watched on, Alexandra being the one on the sharpest of pins and needles. With each force from the impact of a punch caused the elf girl to the grip on her already clasped hands.
Finall, from what seemed like an eternity, Vilre decided to throw one last punch to see how Hunter would respond.
A thick aura formed around the battle-ridden elf man as he let out a low gutural growl. His fist tightened, his energy gathering around it... And then, he made his move!-

Tricia: Now then... let's see what you're made of, Hunter...

The blue eye human was about to go for another hit of his own before being sent skidding and stumbling back away from the two's face to face clash by Vilre's aura infused punch, Hunter's body wasn't expecting this drastic sudden change in strength. It was getting harder to breath, his vision was spinning, kness shacking, falling face first into the dirt sounded so pleasant, but the thought of lossing Alex and just admitting defeat in the end didn't sit well at all. He fights through the pain and stares back at Vilre with a pulsing flame in his eye, his body may want to quit but his spirit definitely wasn't having it!

Lann: Heh, there goes that hard headed stubbornness of his coming into play.

Alexi: I can't look anymore! He's gonna kill him! ;o;

Yumi: ...Really?? :o

Tricia: Hey hey, don't open your eyes any more than that, Yumi. It's not that serious. o^o

Vilre: ...Even nearly gone, you're still coming towards me.
Tricia: ...Satisfied now, dear?

Vilre: I guess. That look in his eye tells me he's gonna keep coming until he's practically dead. The fire in his eyes burns bright. *Tilts his head, popping it* ...I've seen enough.

-Jocelyn lets the barrier down along with Tricia, and Alexandra beelines over to Hunter, bawling like a newborn-

Vilre: Dry your tears, Alexandra. He'll live. He's a man, after all. You'll be in good hands with this one.

Alex: *Continues to hold him close as Jocelyn walks over reciting some words to a healing spell*

Hunter tightly hugs Alex back while passivly taking in her scent, it felt nice and calming to do this again around Vilre without any negativity being tossed his way.

Hunter: Alright Alex you can stop wetting my shirt up now, thanks Jocelyn. I was ready to pass out once I was completely sure this test of his was over.

Lann: That was nice, you did good little brother. *rubs his head* Now I'm tempted to fight Vilre myself when the chance arises, so how do you feel after winning.

Hunter:..I feel dirty and in the need for a bath. It doesn't even feel like I won because of that weird punch, I just survived!

Jocelyn: Yeah, you're gonna need a new one. Alex is gonna be like that for a while. On the other hand, not gonna lie, I thought dad was gonna go all out. I actually thought he was gonna use his signature Rune Blade.

Tricia: That was Vilre's way of, how you kids say 'cutting you some slack'? If he had've let loose the full brunt, the bones in your chest would've been piercing your heart.
Vilre: You talk too much.. *Looks to Hunter* If you want the full experience, my fully Unhinged style, then look me up again. I'll take you on anytime, anywhere. But don't blame me if I kill you.

-The word 'Unhinged' would make one hearken back to Alexandra's little episode a few days ago... The invitation to challenge Vilre is there, but one must be mentally and physically prepared for his onslaught.
But for now, Hunter has gained Alexandra's father's respect! Now he would truly have no qualms of him dating her-

Tricia: Sooooo, how many grandchildren can I expect from you two??

Hunter: *blushes* U-Uhh, I would be lying if I said I didn't t-think about that every so often. Well..two would be great, but if a third one shows up as well then that would be fine. That's the maximum though, I wouldn't be able to handle more then that!

Lann: *tilts her head* I can't imagine you as a father dealing with kids of your own, especially if one is similar to your younger self when it comes to strength and personality.

Hunter: Hey I can be responsible when I put my mind to it!

Alexi: C-c-can we not t-talk about this!? o///o

Jocelyn: *snorts* As he is now, I'll have to side with Lann on that. But who knows? Maybe this man, as dad put it, can step up the challenge...

Alexi: NO. WE ARE NOT DOING THIS!
Tricia: I could go on and on about you two, buuuut, I'm sure Hunter and Vilre want to eat after their little skirmish.

Vilre: I'm fine- *stomach growls* ...Tch.

Tricia: xD Well, let's go home, huh? We can all go out to a restaurant if you want to.

Hunter: YES, I'm starving! I wonder what I am in the mood for.

Lann: That sounds nice, that sandwich alone wouldn't be able to hold me off all day.

Tricia: Fantastic. c: Then let's go, shall we?

-Jocelyn opens the portal, and the group leave their previous dreary location. Once home, Tricia suggests they head down to a nearby burger joint, which catches Vilre's attention-

Tricia: Don't worry about ordering too much, Hunter. You humans seem to like gold a lot more than the ones where we come from. And my husband gets bags of it from his mercenary jobs. Everything's covered.

Jocelyn: It's strange. That paper stuff, dollars? Seems like you'd want gold a lot more than that.

Yumi: I want a big one this time! D:

Alexi: The last time you got one, you ate not even half, and were complaining that you were already full. :'D Speaking of which, Hunter, Lann, is this location alright with you? :o I can go grab you two something from a neighboring restaurant if you want!

Hunter/Lann: No, this is great/alright!

Hunter: I'm like my burger sidekick Yumi over here, I could go for a big, steaming hot, juicy one right about now..mmm. *drools*

Lann: Save that fountain of drool for when your eating, but burgers do sound good. Honestly when it comes to the whole gold as currency thing it's better that everyone in this world didn't use it because as time goes by the value would drastically go down, *rubs temple* also don't constantly use that openly especially around the same area. I doubt they would be able to do anything to you guys, but even so you could get involved with some dangers messed up people.

Vilre: Let them come. Tricia: How about no? I don't want anyone coming after my family. :v

Jocelyn: She has a point. We already had to deal with "that other stuff" in our world. Don't wanna repeat that. *Goes to order the food*

Yumi: Hunter Hunter, sit with me! ^o^ We're a team!

Alexi: "Team Big Burger," haha. xD

Hunter: That's not to bad of a name, it's simple but it could be worse. *sits with Yumi* Me and you are going to beat these edible monsters together and nothing is going to stop us from doing so!

Lann: *mainly to Tricia* In the future do I have worry about this "other stuff" your group was involved in back in your world?

-Tricia puts down her drink and slowly turns to Lann. A small smile grows on her face-

Tricia: ...I wouldn't worry. You live here, and so do we. c:

Vilre: Another thing about us.. Another secret.
Jocelyn: *Comes over with a bunch of bags, a large pack of fries teetering back and forth* Nngh... got em'. Go nuts.

Yumi: Gimme gimme! :O

Alexi: Oh good! Did you get-

Jocelyn: Yeah, two hot choco pies.
-Alexandra's eyes warble as she quickly wipes up a bit of drool from the corner of her mouth. Seems like that's her favorite pastry-

Lann was real curious to know about what happened back then and what Vilre was about to share with her, but she decided to push those thoughts to the side for the time being. She quickly comes to recuse Jocelyn before she completely tipped over and help pass everyone there food.

Hunter: Never would of guess you were a pie type of girl, I might need to buy you some every now and then.

Jocelyn: Phew... Thanks, I owe you one, Lann.

Alexi: Y-you're serious!? You're not lying to me, are you?? You'll ACTUALLY buy me these!?

Jocelyn: Easy there, you may wanna not indulge her like-

Alexi: DON'T TELL HIM THAT!! D':< Eep-! o-o' S-sorry..

Tricia: Oh ho ho ho.. Touched a nerve, did she?

Yumi: *Points at burger* I'm gonna eat you, and you're gonna nap in my tummy! >:o *NOM*!

Vilre: Slow down, you're gonna throw it back up if you eat too fast. .-.

Tricia: That reminds me.. What brought you to that fighting school Alexandra attends, Hunter?

Hunter: Nothing in particular really, it was just a choice I found interesting. Me and Lann are actually orphans that have been with each other since the very beginning and have worked our way up through life thanks to the connections and saved up money we made. She may or may not be my blood related sister, but..that won't change my view of her. ANYWAY got a apartment, Lann went to school before me, helped me get enrolled for the fight school I'm in now as she was graduating, and *motions around* here we are.

Lann: The apartment isn't bad, but it's definitely nothing to brag about. Also when it came to the neighboring fight school I was attending it was honestly getting annoying with how many people wanted to challenge me everyday.

Hunter: Oh yeah, she was real well known around the school thanks to her strength to the point mostly everyone there started to passively group her up with the five strongest students on the premises. I think they were called the Six Admins?

Lann: *groans* I hate that title, it was so hard to make any real friends because of it.

Tricia: Ahh, seems like your lives were pretty eventful. c: Little Alex here wanted to join because she wanted to-

Alexi: Find out how the human body worked. I realize that they may not be the same as where we came from. But as I studied, I soon realized, maybe I could use the information to perfect my technique. 'o'

Tricia: Is that all? I thought there was another reason?

Alexi: Just that, mother. .o.

Jocelyn: Apartment life. Lann, if you can throw a punch pretty good, why not come ty a few quests in our realm? You could rack up some good spoils so you and Hunter can get into a better placd. 'o'

Lann: I suppose I can give that a try every now if one of you are willing to show me the ropes, really I'm taking a week off from my already existing job right now. I teach students how to use a variety of weapons, it can be tiring and there's always that one new girl or boy that thinks their all that and I have to knock them dowb a peg or two *sigh* but other then that it's kind of fun.

Hunter: *takes a big bite of his burger* Sounds like Alex got's her priorities straight, I was kind of expecting there to be another...reason for you staying. *gulp* You hanging in over there Yumi?

Alexi: Oh no, nothing else... :D Besides, learning what I learn will help for self-defense. This school has a ton of books to study about. c:

Tricia: If you want to get started, Lann, there's a pub in our world where all sorts fun people are. Not to mention posters of bounties on them. I can take you there whenever you want.

Yumi: *Urp* I got... half... :'o

Jocelyn: Pfft, that's more than you got last time. Are you done?

Yumi: *Rubs stomach* Maybe.. :'o

Hunter: Ah you did good enough Yumi, but you got a little ways to go before you can fully get in my league. *rubs her head*

Lann: I think that's our cue to go ahead and leave. I'm pretty satisfied, thanks for treating us.

Hunter: Same!

He popped the last piece of his burger into his mouth, it was quite large so once he did it got stuck in his throat for a bit. He constantly starts to hiccup from it before he found the moment to ease it all the way down.

-The family waves goodbye to them, minus Vilre because he doesn't do that. With seemingly one of the biggest tests with Alexandra's family out of the way, it looks like everything's in the clear. Another day another exciting challenge!

(Dang..this feels like the end. There's nothing else to do with this story beshides a short epilogue of Adult Alex and Hunter or the main reason this started in the first place, the whole Hunter trying to perticapate in the fight competition with the other schools. I just have this empty feeling in my chest knowing this is about to be over, so it's your call to continue forward a little more or to call it a wrap.)

@ShihouxAdventure ( Tbh, I'm kind of stuck on where to go from this. :'o Err... What do you want to do? I mainly made this cuz I wanted to help you feel better when your uncle passed. 'o' So it depends. o/ )

(Ehhh It feels wrong to keep going since you put it like that so I suppose we can go ahead and call it quits, it was entertaining to interact with a slightly different Alex and the fam while it lasted. Now I need to figure out something else amusing to do every now and then.)

(You know you really don't have to force yourself on keeping this up, I'm honestly fine with us ending here and at the same time I don't need some random person looking back at this conversation and coming at me with "You were just using P2 to get what you want for free!" and all that.)

@ShihouxAdventure ( Honestly, if a weirdo took the time out their day to say that, I'd believe they only did that because they're jealous. xD I don't talk to a bunch of people normally, and when I try to, most times I just get ignored, or they just act weird. There's a reason why I have an inner circle, or my buds. :P )
