i wonder if caffeine would impact this or i would still feel like a heavy sack of organs and bones

Feel this too; no: caffiene won't help... Mental stimualtion and/or staying cool might/will... but that's all I can say...
(Evil to say, but; I don't feel as alone in this season, now....)
