The brothers hve gotten used to army life, having joined to solely support and not kill: they have fun extending their skills while making money! They even make friends, but... one day... the gravity of their situation/war raises it's head...

They're living great lives until things start going south. Yikes... What other skills have they learned so far?

@0Pama0 It's mostly economics (I have a feeling I spelled that wrong..) and muscle growth. The brothers joined purely to make money, since almost none of the family believed in war.. but now they're probably being forced to learn to kill, since the enemy's taking back their land....

@cleric Ah, that makes sense. So it starts off as a passion, but they start to learn to kill in order to protect their lands

@0Pama0 Yes, it gets kinda dark quickly.. The last chapter had them witness a soldier they look up to do his first kill; which inspires them to actually fight.

@cleric
That's interesting. I've always liked to see how one character affects other characters. If I may ask, why are they inspired by him in the first place? Was he like a parent figure figure to them?

@0Pama0 It's more like; he was a vlogger who appealed to one of the brothers alot (via their sister--the original person who wattched/introduced him to the videos).
While there isn't much build-up to it in the story; it DOES reveal that the vlogger did a army spoof thing, which lead to him actually wanting to join and becoming hero/soldier to many who watched him.

Think I got that messed up in the end: basically he was a vlogger who became a soldier, so the brothers are among the many who were inspired by his joining the army and (unintentionally) killing a Vietamenese general.

@cleric Oh cool, so it's like a influencer effect.

@-Annz- It is up to a point; I'm careful to try showing what they think themselves, and how the influencer's actions (and their dad's) futher spurs them to keep doing what they're doing..
