Yeah, that's a real uncomfortable feeling. The very idea of it's unnerving, especially if you can't recognize said thing.
In situations like that, it's always best to take a deep breath to relax. Sometimes more often than not, it's our minds playing tricks on us.

I have the same problem, but I only get those feelings when I'm in an area all by myself. That feeling was a lot worse when I was younger, I would always have to close every single door in my house whenever I was left alone just to make myself feel better.

Re: Thank you. Last week I found out that my cat has terminal cancer and I've been having a hard time dealing with it. She's 13 so I knew her time was coming, but I didn't think it would be this soon or like this.
