Aojo was found as a kit, abandoned in the very outskirts of Clan territory. Unable to steel there hearts they took him, in despite believing that warrior blood was all that created loyalty in making a clan strong. Raised as one of the Clan, though they never let him forget he was not clanborn, he was taught and raised as a warrior, by one of the Clan's best: Fangpelt. Fangpelt disliked Aojo but put on appearances to make the Clan believe he liked his apprentice; although he tortured him in secret. As Aojo grew his talent and strength became more and more obvious but his misery and lonelyness grew as well. The only clanmate who treated him as a friend was Deerflower, a young warrior about his own age. Aojo, now a fully fledged warrior for many moons, was framed for the death of a clanmate by Fangpelt, exiled, and vowed to gain revenge for the wrong that had been done to him. (continued)

(continuement) Wanting to explain that he did not kill the clanmate, he approached the clan leader in secret, when the leader was alone, and tried to explain but the leader only looked at him with disgust, told him that he was never a true clanmember, that they were dissapointed and angry at them for attempting to pin the blame on Fangpelt, called him many nasty names, and told him that if he was seen again the Clan would not hesitate to kill him. Enraged Aojo killed the leader, went of in search of Fangpelt, and upon finding attacked him and killed him. Deerflower had been out for a night stroll and found Aojo standing over the body of her clanmate. Devestated she would not listen to Aojo and attacked him in a blind rage, pushing him closer and closer to a ravine nearby. Not wanting to harm her Aojo attempted to escape by shoving her off him and running away.

(continuement) However when Aojo shoved her off she fell into the ravine, was pierced by a sharp rock through her chest and died. Seeing what had happened Aojo was racked by guilt believing it to be his fault. Directly after Deerflower died the Clan found Aojo with their dead clanmates, already knowing that he killed the leader they were horrified and enraged to find he also killed two clanmates as well. The deputy[who was now leader] called his warriors to immediatly attack and kill Aojo. Despite Aojo's desperation to flee, the Clan killed him and left his remains to the crows. After Aojo's death he found himself in the Dark Forest, not wishing to speak to anyone he secluded himself for years and anyone who found and crossed him found themselves thoroughly crushed; it wasn't until Tigerstar came to the Dark forest and devised his plan that Aojo was spoken to with no intent to kill him. (continuement) Tigerstar approached Aojo becuase he had heard of his skill in battle. Aojo eventually agreed to train recruits but only those of his choosing. During the battle between the Dark forest and the clans. Aojo was nearly killed by Fangpelt, who had for some reason been let into Starclan, but rescued by Deerflower whom after defeating/killing Fangpelt listened to Aojo's explaination but stopped his apology and told him "Aojo, it's not your fault. I am the sole cause of my own death, I should have listened to what you had to say but I could not fathom a reason you would have had becuase I did not want to see one. I'm sorry for all the grief I caused you." After reconciling with each other they went and aided the clans in the battle then both returned to the Dark forest and Starclan.
