How do you know when you're getting stronger of just being hurt?
A simple example is whenever I try exercising now, it CAN feel goodish/a dull pain stemming from my wrists and up my arms.. I've no idea if it's muscle tearing and mending or should I leave weights alone, because of Carpal Tunnel... :(
