As for this; I REALLY wish I knew you could do impressionalism before... I woulda asked for your help with #Adventurine: this is what I wanted to do SO bad, but couldn't...

Yeah, for some reason in the past I had a mindset where I thought it was unoriginal to take inspiration, and it still kinda affects me to this day..

the way I do impressionalism is scribble very blocky and make it mostly shading.
I took inspiration from an oil painting, so I guess I tried to recreate that thick oil paint look?

Also, you shouldn't feel guilty(?) for taking inspiration.. Only straight up copying and claiming others' works would literally be morally wrong...
Under normal conditions, people usually feel proud when they can inspire someone!

those bad boys are called tonetags and i use them cause picking up tone in text is hard :sob: other ones are uhhh
/sarc or /s =sarcastic
hj=half-joking
/lh=lighthearted
/srs=serious
/nsrs=not nerious
/p=platonic
/nm=not mad

theres more but those are the common ones

I will try using them but not too much because I know I'd probably end up putting /nm /p or /nsrs on everything
