also, some free background info on storm clouds
they actually start off with only rain powers
they get their lightning powers by being struck by lightning usually caused by their parent
its always a gamble if they survive it or not
each one usually gets a mark or something like that
storm's is the blue ribbon-like thing on his left leg
its also a 50/50 chance of clouds actually surviving after 'birth'
