This scene happens after Kama, Gee and Vandim look for Justin.. They find him in the basement: "blowin' it up". At this point, Kama wants to get him to stop, as he's smoking a blunt, while he has a lab going AND is chewing tabacco.. But his band mates--Gee and Vandim voluntarily suck in the smoke and get both goofy and paranoid.. which leads to a stupid chase scene!
