All of these designs look awesome, I see them as game character concept art, instead only as story characters!

the bomb is from the adorable fun-sized whitty mod, and the rest are characters from fnf c:

It's not the same, but; if it's possible for you to get:
Game Maker
or
RPG Maker
Both let people either code, or use tools and prompts inside itself, and you could make a game from almost scratch!
Game Maker by Yoyogames is better though, but you have to know how to work around alotta stuff and (nowdays) have hundreds of dollars...
(Everybody's getting rid of their "free version" stuff now...)
