I think...I have a problem; I have a "Emotional Crutch"--the urge to do something I've been doing for 4-5 years, now..
..I tried to stop, knowing it would get this way (before I realized what it was).. but it got out of hand.. And now, I don't know how to deal with it.. everything and everybody is.... ...if there was decent reasoning, I might not need help...
