@Supernintendrawdo you should empty your pockets of important stuff and only keep your tools and your unwanted items. As for money, drop it somewhere on the island and go back to it when you need to buy stuff. my villagers also ask me for stuff and money ALL THE TIME, haha! Hope this helped!
