Rahab shrugged in response to Fiona. "With what time we have, we probably just have to try it and trust it."

Eira broke the cookie in half and tossed a part to Rahab, which he snapped out of the air. "Fingers crossed we'll be fine... Thank you, Fiona, for informing us and helping us. Are you ready to go?" She said as she pulled out her disguise bracelet and put it on. The icy spikes on her shoulder and head vanished, and her clothes changed to something more fitting for the city's environment. She didn't want to stand out too much if she could help it, and disguises would make things a bit easier overall.

Rahab, however, scowled. "Disguises? Nah. I'm not here to be subtle - I'm here to save people. The city's erupted in chaos anyway - another weird sight like a big bird isn't gonna change things," he insisted, dipping out of his hover and heading towards the smoking city.

Fiona looked back and held up her left hand with her fingers crossed. Then she managed a little grin--hearing that she'd actually helped out made her feel a burst of happiness. "Sure thing!
I'm absolutely ready!!" Her crossed fingers became a thumbs-up.

A brief look of wonder came across her face as she saw Eira's appearance change... Though, Rahab's comments made her frown a little--but she knew they did need to save people. Still, as she flew along with the two of them towards the city, she took her ring and slipped it onto her left pointer finger...
In an instant her appearance shifted, and she wasn't blue anymore. She looked human. Her armor became a deep blue and silver jacket, her war-maiden tiara-headband of protection from Texas disappeared, and the rest of her outfit changed to almost more of a biker-style.
Her cloudy hair had become... A very unnaturally long mess of regular dark brown hair.

She was still flying, which may have kind of defeated the purpose of a disguise for that moment...
But she didn't really question that, or even take time to check out her new look--she was focused on getting to where they needed to be.

"....I....I feel I am responsible...but I don't know why " the voice replies carrying the uncertainties in his tone.
The snake squirmed in Purity ribbons but he wasn't hostel, even though he started to nip at the bubbles

"...for your pain...I just felt I should say sorry...."

"I don't know why you'd feel responsible, you didn't do this," Purity replies, feeling bad for the strange yet familiar voice she hears, "At least I don't think you did... You helped me get away from that shark monster thing in the sea, and you seem like you're nice, you're not like... Whoever it was that was pretending to be Crimson..."

Admittedly, there is a deep well of pain in her heart from everything she's endured, but she doesn't want to dive into that with someone else who sounds hurt as well...

After another slight pause, Purity asks, "Who are you, by the way? If you don't mind me asking...?"

Dreamcatcher had to think back on what happened at the last temple which made him grimaced, nothing seem to have went right there, he wasn't even sure what happened to everyone else for the time he was captured " oh... im sorry about that but I'm glad you kinda got it back? " he made a goofy unsure face

He then looked over to Terradream and nodded " im good, I was given -" he pause as he Reach in and dug around in his pocket, in a moment he pulled out his bracelet " this, I tested it out already " he then was wondering if he should put it on now or not

Jasmine was munching on a biscuit as well, she eye the Nightmare as he asked his request " I don't think you going out would be a good idea, Dreamer in you or not, your still a Nightmare and we don't need more problems " she growled and then took a sip of her tea

Just then one of the kitchen doors versus kicked open and Jason who was completely decked out in armor and weapons shouted " guys! The City under attack! " he holds up a battle " its all good, I brought holy water! "
Anna was holding Gorly hand as she flew up off of Jason head " Catch! We came as soon as we could!"
Jason then blink and took notice how there was even more people now in the room " Hey everyone! Hey its the prince of Dreams and Purple Nightmare guy! " he then pointed to Boreas " hay a new guy! Cool! " he then pointed to Jasmine and said with a goofy face " mouthy still here" he then looked to Crystal " Hi Freckles! " he then pointed out the door " the city under attack"

For a moment the girl watched Eater walk off towards Boreas and Jasmine, but soon turned her eyes back to the two in front of her. Crystal then shook her head, giving Dreamcatcher a kind and understanding look when he apologized, “It’s okay, I’m glad I ‘kinda’ have it back too,” she said with a little smile, going quiet to let Catch and Terra talk.
When one of the kitchen doors suddenly bust open, Crystal flinched, raising her hands and arms up by her face and head out of reflex. Upon seeing and hearing who it was though, she let out a breath and lowered her arms.

Crystal watched Anna for a moment, spotting Glory too and wondering how both of them were doing, then looked back at Jason as he greeted everyone. She raised her eyebrows in surprise when he called her ‘Freckles’, only to then give an awkward smile and wave in return. “We know about the attack,” she said with a little nod, “we were actually just getting ready to go check it out..”

Immediately dropping the smile he had, Dreameater feels a chill run down his spine with Boreas' words. "I'd hope--..." he starts to quietly reply, but stops himself with a grimace. //"I'd hope you wouldn't"!? Why wouldn't I want him to spare me!? That must be Weaver!!// he thinks, then glares over at Jasmine, "That doesn't--!"
... Again, he stops himself, his glare turning into a mess of emotions--anger, frustration, understanding, nervousness... //Now's not a time to snap at her about being possessed, focus, focus, /please/ for Moons' sake...//

Finally, he covers the right side of his face with one hand and looks back to the Captain. "... So maybe this isn't the best idea I've ever had..." Eater half mumbles, half growls, "But I don't want to just sit around and do nothing, not with everything that's going on...! I--I'll get something to eat first before I go out there, that'll help some, right...?" He goes quiet for a moment before adding, "... Either way, I know I can trust you... Right, Captain...?"

Terradream takes mental note of the fact that Dreamcatcher already has something for a disguise, then sits there a moment longer. //... I guess... That's that, then... I can go over to the Captain now, Sparky...?// he asks his Fairfin, only glancing over at Jason and not paying him much mind.

//Yup yup, I'd say ya can,// Sparky casually answers, then looks over and grins at his fellow Fairfin. "Hello, Anna! Hello, Glory!" he calls with a wave.

Hope flies over to Catch as well, still holding Rihanna's hand, and smiles at him, briefly landing on the prince's head for a moment. "Me and Anna are here now... We're gonna look after you boys..." she warmly teases, though she still sounds rather sick. She perks up some again when she hears Sparky, and simply calls back, "Hi Sparky...!"

Boreas just watched Eater with an un-changing, stern look, even as he struggled with his response... That is, until Jason came into the room. He raised an eyebrow and the faintest of smirks appeared on his face, hearing Jason's greetings. //Heh. Another wild new face and some familiar ones to boot.// He raised one hand slightly in response to being referred to via pun... But then went right back to staring at Eater.

"...Yes. I'll do everything in my power to look after those who need it--inside and outside of this group. You have a Captain's word on that." His tone wasn't quite as blunt as earlier... There was an air of sincerity and care.
"...But you know where I stand. Even if I'm getting the hunch that you won't accept no for an answer. /This is a massive risk for everyone involved./"

Dreamcatcher grin at the two Fairfin and replied " hay! Anna and Glory!"he Chuckles at Glory happy to see that she seem to be doing better " it's good to have you back at it Glory "

Anna was happy to but got distracted with her friend " Hi Sparky! Nice tie! We're you get that?" She fly around her ghost friend.
The Dreamer prince just smirked, it was a cool tie, but some more pressing was going on, he walked over to were Eater and Boreas was, he overheard their conversation, he could sense the confliction within the Nightmare and had a better understanding now what it was // here we have an opportunity to do some good for once and Weaver because of Eater has to sit out...// he glace over studying the Nightmares expression //... not today, Eater not going to steal this from you ether//

Dreamcatcher stood up tall and saluted as he said " Captain Boreas, you and the other can go on ahead " he then relaxed his posture as he played his good hand on his brother shoulder " I and Weaver will catch up when we figure out a safer solution, I need to do something about my arm as well, we can join on the field when we're able " he said being completely serious.

Jason did his best to give Crystal figures guns " alright!" He was excited about going out to do hero stuff, but he remembered something " by batman utility belt I almost forgot something!" He Shuffle the stuff he had in his arms so he could pull out glove he had fixed up for Crystal " its going to be dangerous out there, take this " he held out the Dreamer intricate glove

"....my name?..."

Some black goo was washing off of the snake but he didn't seem to notice, The snake was far more interested in the bubbles, he ate one of the bubbles, at that its eyes widened as it made a funny face and then he hiccup, blowing smaller bubbles from his mouth
After a long pause the voice replies " I don't mind but...I-I don't remember my name....I think I had one... I...I can't seem to remember what it is..."

Purity notices some of the goo washing off the snake, and frowns at that, making sure to scrub him a little extra where that came off, though even she doesn't seem to realize what's actually happening here... After doing this, she shakes her head a little to try and shake some more of the tears out of her eyes, then glances around. Where is that voice coming from, anyway? "Oh, you don't remember your name? That's so sad..." she says, then asks, "Is there anything I can call you, though? A nickname, maybe?"

Alexandrea had been focused on first finding the chaos and now was following it to its center. She finally snapped out of her tunnel vision and looked back to the others. Her feathers puffed up in surprise and a small mixture of alarm.

"Fiona! You look so weird! YOU'RE NOT BLUE!" Alex chirps, amusement in her eyes, "You even have people hair! Your cloudy floof is all gone!"

(*People hair*)

" it is?..." the voice replies in a quiet but surprised tone.

His voice change as he thought but it wasn't sad, it was more like a realization " ...I haven't thought about it in...I don't remember how long..." however as the voice continues his tone drifted with his different thoughts and trying to describe what it is "...I...Its a blur of sounds... I can't make out words...I just...I just remember something warm...something bright...not like this place... I don't know who I am...I just want to go home....I'm sorry I don't know what you can call me....I wish I could help you more..." at his last comment was when his voice sounded the most troubled, as if helping Purity was more concerning to him then his name.

The snake tips his head and body as Purity scrubs him, much like a cat or dog getting their itchy spot scratched, more stuff came off the snake as Purity scrubs him, he let out a bubble filled hiccup off and on and then try to bite the bubbles as they floated

Purity Dreamer lets out a quiet "Aww" as she listens to the voice, pitying him greatly with everything he says. While she does start to wonder possibilities of a nickname for him, his last comment to her weighs on her mind more, and she looks sadly back down at the snake in her ribbons. "That's very kind of you, I really appreciate it... It's honestly just nice to have someone to talk to, that's not creepy... So--you /are/ helping me if that makes you feel better." She smiles faintly at that, though it quickly fades. "I... I'm kinda like you in that way though, I wish I could do more for others... I don't know Crimson very well, but I know he's corrupted, and I wish I could help him... Eira was corrupted by the same thing that attacked me earlier, Catch was attacked and corrupted by Malice... I promised Weaver I'd find a way to save him, but... But I haven't done anything really for him... I haven't done anything for anyone..." A few more tears well up in her eyes, and she carefully rubs the top of the snake's head. "I can't even do much of anything for this poor little snake... I wish I could at least give him back some of his legs, I mean the octopus crabs are a little weird, but he's not used to not having legs, I wish I could give him some, or even just make it so he has little claws on his wings so he can use them like legs, like a wyvern does... But I know I can't do that..."

He couldn't remember when was the last time he actually had a conversation with someone "... its nice to talk to someone to... " he went quite after that and just listened

"... I don't think that true... I don't know all what you have or have not done but your doing something now..." he went quite, only now realize that she didn't know what she was doing " you don't see it do you?....you are changing him...has it been so long that you forgot?..." he stopped, how did he know this? It was like if in seen her he knew, he remembered and said with hopefully tone "... your a Dreamer, use your imagination..."

But his optimism quickly shifted to one of warning " ...he coming...get to the light house..."

A loud monsters shriek came from the Forest
"...run..."

"What...?" Purity asks, sniffling a little. What the voice says gets her wondering, and it just now dawns on her as she stares down at him... She's not holding a black winged serpent anymore...

But the warning that comes next quickly distracts her, and she gets right back up on her feet. She makes a short shriek as well when she hears the monster, and without even thinking about it, she tells the snake, "Hold on little guy!!", holds him tightly with her ribbons, and makes a break for the lighthouse.

" sacredsss!" The snake did grab a hold of Purity, she feel tiny little claws and maybe more?

From the Forest burst forth a black panther-like creature, it was long and slender but it's frame had power behind it to with its tone muscle structure. The panther-like creature had two rows of spine running down its back, each plate were bright red and in the shape of fish hooks, its head had a slip jaw that opened up as he let out another horrible Screech, his jaw opened into four parts, each with rows of teeth. His head had two long horns and off them branches off more red fish hooks shapes.

The very ground beneath it changed, turning into a black glass that soon boiled changes into lava

The creatures red Crescent shaped pupils were locked onto the Dreamer, the spine along his back rattled as he charged up energy...

"....when you hear the hiss turn quickly but don't stop running..." just then a bright red light flash behind Purity followed by a loud hissing sound

"Ok!!" Purity shouts back to the voice as she runs, getting deja vu from running away from the shark monster. Her heart skips a beat when she sees the flash, but she does as the voice instructed and turns to try and swerve out of the way. On top of this, she quickly starts using her water magic again to try and make her turns smoother--although it's all still a little bubbly after cleaning the snake, and leaves a bit of a trail behind her... //At least the lighthouse isn't far!!! It's just right there!!//

The blast mist his target, the Area that got hit change into Twisted mess of Thorny Vines.

The lighthouse was close but something started to happen to it, blue markings started to light up as a humming sound came from it.

"... don't stop... it won't harm you...just focus on getting inside..."

The creature started up Charging for another attack, however the light from the lighthouse focused on him, it bore down on the beast like a spotlight, following his Every movement, this did not stop the creature in its Pursuit of its prey, he was gaining on Purity but something was happening to the lighthouse...

Light followed lines in the Silver Surface of the Structures and when they Connected those part of the lighthouse came off and Levitated, the price moved into Position... the Exposed area of a silver lighthouse glow with a silvery blue light that almost gave of a Liquid appearance, coming from the liquid rise a sail and then followed scale... soon a long body dragon made of light was floating it way up and around the lighthouse, it settled with its head just under the lighthouse light Source, it's Antler like horns making a frame for it... the Levitating pieces of the lighthouse We're in a position to appear as it's wings... with everything in place the humming sounded more like a song and then for a sudden moment everything with deathly quit, even the sand Beneath Purity hoofs were as Silent, it was as if the world itself held its breath for what was about to happen...

Breaking the silence a beautiful Chime ring out and then it happened, the lighthouse fired a White Energy at its target, as it flew the humming song followed...The creature was just second away from sending his own attack on the Dreamer one he was aiming to kill her but he was just a second to late and there was nothing he could do about it.. the lighthouse shot was a Direct Hit! It Exploded with a Radiance that was as Intense as the sun.

//I just gotta make it in there... I just gotta make it in there...// Purity tells herself, trying her best to focus on running, but when something starts happening to it, she can't help but glance upwards and notice the lighthouse... //It's turned into a dragon?! Or part of it did!?// she thinks, her eyes wide with surprise, but she quickly turns her eyes back down to focus again. She keeps running, even as the world goes quiet, and while in any other case she might be startled by such a sudden attack, she isn't even startled by the lighthouse's blast, if anything she feels a little relieved after the explosion.

It isn't long after that she makes it to the lighthouse's base. "I made it!!" she exclaims as she reaches the fancy door, and though she slows down thinking she'll need to open it, it opens by itself to let her in. "Oh!! Thank you!" she blurts out--yes, thanking the lighthouse for opening the door for her, and trots into the building, breathing heavily as she tries to calm down. She stops for just a moment, making sure the snake is still in her ribbons by hugging him to her neck gently, then turns to look back out the door. "I... I made it! Am I safe now...?"

The snake was trembling in her ribbons, his head buried into her " s-caredsss!"

The creature was sent Flying from the blast, shadow and red energy spark around him as he stumbled across the golden sand like a ragdoll until he tried to stop himself, he hooked his claws into the ground and used the momentum to flip upright, the creature was still sliding, kicking up dust and shadows in his wake.

The creature eyes turned right to Purity, the pure hatred was in his glare, his maw Curled and look as if he was going to try to attack her again but by this time the world had gone quite... in that instant the creature snapped his head back towards the lighthouse, he knew what it was about to do...

The creature parted his maw and shot a red and black Beam at the Lighthouse, The lighthouse chime as the wings curve forth and shot its own beam, one of a shimmering silvery blue light.

The two beams collided sounding like two very different sounds, songs colliding.

The creature dug his claws into ground that he was corrupting, he held his beam but his body was showing signs of straining which also reflected in his attempt attack, the dark energy was losing and it was clear to see who was going to win this game, even at that the creature didn't attempt to move, maybe he knew there would be no point or maybe he was just that stubborn.

However the lighthouse was not done even though it was wining this tug of war, the wings changed change position again and a flaming white Bolt shot down its beam, given it a direct line to its Target.

The creature exploded again but this time in a bigger blast then the last one.... he was sent Flying across the sand yet again going even farther, this time he didn't even attempt to do any fancy tricks to stop himself, he just rolled across the ground until he came to a stop....

For a moment the creature didn't move but then he did, he moved with obvious signs of being injured as he got up, he turned to the forest but looked over his shoulder one last time ar the Dreamer, he sneered a loud angry sound and then bolt to into the forest....

Ones the threat was dealt with the lighthouse began to change back into the form it was before it attacked, back to just a fancy silver lighthouse.
The voice did not answer Purity even though she was safe there

"I know, I know," Purity tells her winged snake, cradling him carefully in her ribbons as she watches the battle unfold. //... The sand turned gold?// she briefly wonders, noticing different things now that she's not running, //That was from the lighthouse making that explosion, wasn't it? I didn't look behind me, but it was very bright... it kind of purified the beach, in a way? ... I guess it can't purify that monster, though...//

Speaking of that monster, she pins her ears back a little and takes a step back when he looks at her, but everything goes quiet again for those few moments before the lasers are fired and collide. //The lighthouse sings a song when it attacks like this... That's so interesting, and really pretty, but the monster's energy now has some kind of song to it now too?// she ponders, taking a step forward again and smiling faintly when she sees: "... The lighthouse is winning! It's overpowering the monster!" she exclaims, her smile becoming a grin when the magical building goes the extra mile to beat down the creature. The Dreamer girl squints her eyes at the huge explosion of light and white fire--finally noticing the little dragon shapes the fire makes--and she watches the beast run off into the forest. "It did it! It's gone!" she cheers again as she breathes out a sigh of relief squeezing the snake in her ribbons just a little in a happy hug. Being a little curious about the lighthouse, however, she walks over just enough to poke her head out the door, where she looks up and watches the building go back to normal.

Once that's all done, she steps back into the lighthouse, looking at the door for just a moment. "... Um, could you maybe--" she starts to ask, but before she can even finish, the door closes itself for her. "Oh, thank you again, thank you so much, I was going to say, I'd feel better with it closed... and I do feel so much safer now," she says, not really knowing where to look as she talks, or even who to say that too, as she has no idea who or what is in control of the lighthouse. Finally feeling at ease in this nicely lit, bright room, she walks over close to one of the walls and lies down to rest (of course being careful not to even come close to lying on the snake), listening to the soothing humming sound the lighthouse is making.

After taking a moment to just breathe, her expression changes to one more of concern. "... Hello? Are you still there? Can you still hear me?" she calls out to the helpful voice, wondering why he hasn't said anything since she arrived at the lighthouse. Did something happen to him?

The room Purity was in would not be as one would expect, it looked more like a Royal Crystalgem child nursery, the foor was a white polished marble with gold veining in it, in the middle of the room was what looked to be a very soft decorative rug, it familiar symbol but a little different, it was the Crest in the land of dreams a golden star with 4 moons in the corners of the points, but what was different was on the top was 5 rows of smaller stars and on the bottom was also 5 stars, all of different colors, other things that was different was the wings that were sometimes seen with this symbol were more then just wings, one was a wing wolf as the other was a griffin and they were holding the main star. on the rug would be an assortment of toys scattered on the floor, at first glance it might look like a mess but perhaps Arrangement was not as chaotic as one might assume, not with how they were placed on the rug...

Other things in the room would be a few fancy toy chest, dressers with globe on it which was not the land of dreams and an shortness of knick knacks, there was child size bookshelf with a few books pulled out and on the floor...

there was also 3 small bed for young dragons to nap on if wanted, one of the beds had a stuffed toy on it which looked like a well worn dragon, besides that bed was a tablet with 'get well soon' cards. The other two beds look to have been untouched for a very long time.

On the walls were a we're few shelves with what could be a child prize findings, shiny and odd shape rocks, a wooden stick and a black and silver feather...

On the walls were also an assortment of paintings, some were very colorful pieces of fairy tales scenes as others were of family science... pictures of Crimson's childhood before he lost it...

The ceiling had its own display, stars that made constellations of variety of creatures, each constellation stars were made out of different gemstones, hanging from the ceiling was gemstones in shape of stars, and also wing creatures.

The room had a step down part to it that attached it to a smaller room which was filled with dirt...the dirt was pushed up in some places making a sand castles here and there, this room also had toys scattered in it.

On the back of the room was a fancy staircase.

The snake finally stopped shaking and asked "Wesss safestsss?" he try to move to get a better look around, he felt something different about this place " lightsss? "

The helpful voice that had been quite finally said something "... I-I.... I'm here..." his voice was lacyst with pain but he was more concerned about Purity " ....are you alright?..."

"Yeah, we're safe now, little guy," Purity coos back to the snake, looking down at him when she feels him moving around. She goes to pet him with one ribbon, and she does hear the voice and how painful he sounds, but staring down lets her finally get a good look at the little creature, and what she's done to it...

The snake is still kind of a snake with a bird head and bird wings, yes, but his scales are an iridescent, pale blue that shimmers like soap bubbles, the feathers going down his back and on his wings are a bright white and almost glow, having a pale bluish-pink shine to them as well, and look incredibly soft. On his head, some of his feathers have grown out to give him the appearance of having little feathered ears, and at the ends of each, one feather grows out into a long and flowing tassel-like feather. His eyes are a deep blue that shines like the ocean, and seem so much more full of life now than before. What's more, he seems to have grown two pairs of arms, giving him more of a lindwyrm shape, and he has little claws on his wings as well, allowing him to use them like a wyvern's wings.

"O-oh... I...!" she starts to say, but already tears are forming in her eyes again, and her voice becomes shaky with emotion. "I actually... I actually did it, I saved the snake...! I saved him! I did everything I said I wish I could do, he--he's even got legs again!" Purity hugs the snake again with her ribbons, this time closing her eyes and pressing her forehead gently to his own as she cries. " O-oh, moons... Oh sweet, silver moons, I don't know what I did or how I did it, but I'm so happy...! I'm so happy...! I saved the snake...! Ahh...!"

The voice did a small chuckle with Purity discovery of what she did to the snake but it to had a hint of pain in it"... that you did... and you did good Purity....for your first time dream sculpting... by what I'm guessing?... " he said taking longer pauses then he had been before but that was clearly do to him pushing himself to speak right now...

The snake was confused by the Dreamer actions, he didn't have much time to recognize that he had changed yet again before being huged and Dreamer kissed, not with Purity joy flowing through him, he closes his eyes happily and snuggle against her forehead " warm! " he Cheerfully replies

The voice grew quite as he thought about something the Dreamer said

It takes Purity a moment to start calming down again, while she hugs and Dreamer kisses the snake, nuzzling him gently. When she is calmer, she carefully sets the bright snake down again in front of her, still loosely holding him in her ribbons, but in a way that he can easily get up and move around if he'd like. Purity breathes out a shaky sigh afterwards, and tries to think a little more as she watches her new buddy. "... Dream sculpting...?" she repeats the voice, but looks concerned again as she asks, "Are you ok? You sound like you're hurt, did something happen to you?"

" legsss!" The snake does just that, kicking his little feet, they were a lot different then tentacles he was used to as a crab octopus but at least he had legs now. He was clumsy with his wings and legs but he was getting around a lot better now then before and seem much more happy about it.

"....I-Im not sure....I felt like I had better days and yet I know I can't think of any other then today.... if that makes sense.... I am in pain which is Troubling me but not because I'm in pain but more in why I think I'm in pain..." the voice did his best to explain with a concerning tone

Purity smiles faintly at the snake, seeing how happy he is, but it quickly fades back to concern for the voice. "You're more worried about why you're in pain?" she quietly asks, trying to understand what he's telling her. "Do you know why? Why're you hurting?"

The voice was quite for a moment it had been a while since he had to think about things like this ".... yes.... I think I know why I felt those things now....before when you were so lost in despair and I felt I was responsible.... why I am in pain now....after he was driven away....I..." his voice grew more and more uneasy " I think I am that creature...or at least I am some part of him?...."

"What...?" Purity gasps, looking up at the ceiling as if expecting to find the owner of the voice, though there's still no telling where the voice is coming from. "But you can't /be/ that creature, can you? You warned me when he was coming, and helped me get away from him, and he wanted to kill me..." She goes quiet for a moment, her ears flattening some as she thinks on it more. "... Is it like some form of corruption...? Some kind of evil thing that's taken over your body...? Like what happened to Weaver--like Nightmare Syndrome? So that monster has control of your body...? Is that why I can't see you, and I can only hear you?"

The voice was quite, he didn't know, was that the answer, the one true him? Was that why he was nothing more then a voice that had been consumed by the abyss for so long, existing Without Really existing, not until 11 years ago...but if that was the case then why was he here? " ...I, I don't know.... I don't remember having a body but...I just don't know...everything a blur, I had to have one shouldn't I? I can't touch things but I know I have...is that what happened to me? Did that creature take my body? Then were here because he wants your friends body to?...."

"Oh no..." Purity whimpers quietly, listening to the voice with growing concern and staring up at the constellation display. A few more tears run down her face. "He wants to take over Crimson? So that was the corruption inside of him? ... Was... Was that monster the same thing that tried to look like him? He showed up when I got away from the shark monster, and then after he left that other one appeared, or... Was he the real Crimson, and the corruption was just taking over...? I... I really hope I didn't make anything worse for him, he just really didn't seem like Crimson up until the end, I guess..." she asks, looking down to the snake now again and seeming rather distressed. "Is there anything I can do? Anything at all...? I want to help Crimson, I don't want anything to take over his body... I want to help you too, I don't want you to be trapped here, being a part of /that/..."

".... Im not sure exactly... I do know that creature has nothing but ill will....he wanted you to follow him but you didn't, thus you enrage him...Im just glad you could hear my voice...I have try to speak to your friend but....you have been the first to answer me...."

The voice was quite again as he thought more on this the possibility of him and the monster being connected and the creature was wanting Crimson next ".... Im still not sure if that is what really happening here but if that creature is consuming your friend it why I could since some of your friend with him, and if that is what happened and I am a part of him, It would make sense to why I know this room, when I know I should not... "

".... im not sure what can be done...though...now that I think about it, maybe you have done something already?.... this place...your friend mind was much Bleecker before he started to travel with your group...so something good has happened "

Purity anxiously fiddles with the ends of her ribbons as she lies next to the wall, thinking. "... I... I want to do more, though..." she quietly says, "I mean, I'm glad it's gotten better in here, but I wish I could do more, I can't stand knowing that... that thing wants to take over Crimson, I want to stop it, and get it out of him completely...!" She pauses for a moment, still watching the snake as he tries out his new legs and tries to adapt to them. "I feel awful for you, too, if that is why you're here, because that thing already got you... I want to help you too... When--When I wake up, I want to ask my friends if we can try looking into something to help more, I don't know... I don't know if we'll find anything, but I'll tell them about you too, I promise I will."

The Dreamer girl goes quiet again, for longer this time, as she thinks about the state of the friends she just mentioned. "... I... I want to make sure Eira's ok, too... And I still don't know really what's going on with Weaver... I haven't talked to Catch or Fiona in a while, either..." she mumbles, really more to herself than the voice. "... I just hope everyone's ok, at least..."

"... I... I'm sorry, I don't want to run off and leave you here either," Purity then speaks up again, "I know I want to wake up and see everyone else, but then you'd be alone again, and I don't want that... I mean I guess I don't really have much say in when I wake up, but... But I'm happy I can talk to you and keep you company until I do."

an unusual feeling came to the voice as Purity spoke about not forgetting about him and wanting to help him, it was almost foreign but it wasn't a bad feeling, it was more he never expected or experienced anyone to care about him, at first he didn't say anything, he didn't know what to say but then he say "... thank you..."

" ...It's alright, though you are a Dreamer you're place is in reality.... your friends need you.... I don't think I am going anywhere....even if it will come to an end at some point,
it just nice to know I can talk to someone now... "

"You're very welcome," Purity quietly replies, a faint smile coming back to her face. "... I don't know if I'd be able to, but... Maybe I could try coming back to visit you at some point?" she then offers, finally wiping her face with one ribbon to rub off the drying tear stains. "... I was thinking earlier about something I could call you, maybe as a nickname at least, and I came up with an idea... Would you like to hear it?"

"...you would do that?..." the voice replied sounding surprised because he knew the risks and add with concern "... he was only playing with you earlier...surely you do realize he will try to kill you the next time?.... "he went quite when Purity brought up that she had a name for him "...a name for me? " his voice was calm but it was laced with Wonder "... yes please... "

"... I could try," Purity quietly replies, knowing how dangerous it would be as well, but for now she tries to perk up for the sake of her companion. "But, I was thinking, maybe I could call you Sunny? You mentioned remembering something warm and bright, and when I first heard your voice, it sounded like you were coming from the sun in my dream... So that's where I got the idea from. That's... not too girly of a name to call you, is it?"

" Sunny?" The voice repeated and then went quite as he listened to the Dreamer explanation and with that he replies " no, no I would be honored by that name " he then said his new name with a thoughtful tone " Sunny "

The girl couldn’t help but wonder how someone could seem so thrilled about walking into a dangerous situation, but she didn’t say anything.

Crystal watched Jason struggle with adjusting the items he was holding, merely a second away from asking if he needed help when he held out her glove to her. Soon a grateful look washed over her features and she moved over to him and gently took said glove, “Thank you. I was just mentioning how you probably still had it.” She looked at it for a moment then slipped it on too, on the hand she usually wore it, wiggling her fingers a bit afterwards. It felt nice having it back, like a missing piece was put back into place, like she had some sort of protection and defense again. Crystal soon looked to Jason once more and asked, “It will still work the same, right?”

As they flew towards the attacks, Eira glanced in Fiona's direction then did a double-take, shocked by Fiona's unexpected change in appearance. "Wow... I didn't expect that," she murmured aloud. She didn't want to distract or embarrassed Fiona right now, so she didn't say anything more to get her attention.... Alex's surprised remarks kinda defeated the purpose though, to Eira's slight surprise and then amusement. "Magic is a crazy thing, isn't it?" the shiftress wondered aloud.

The true Mayhem of what was happening in this part of the city could truly be felt, sounds of the chaos filled the air, Sirens blaring as explosions and crashes could be heard, the shrieks of monsters that were running rapidly though the District and frightened people scream for their lives.

Smoke billowed from structures and vehicles, from the sky it would appear that the group would have their work cut out for them.
Even from were the small group in the sky at, they be able to see Voids shades wreaking havoc.

At least a dozens about half the size of a human were traveling together as a pack, they had a car surrounded and was beating on it to try to get to the people trapped inside, the vehicle wasn't going to last much longer....

Not far away was shop that was fire, screaming and calls for help could be heard, the fire was growing more intense by the second...

In the other gunshots rang out followed by a loud monster Roar, by the sound of it was very likely to be big, maybe locals could use backup?...

A horse size monster was chasing down a man, it would not be long before the creature would catch him...

-

An explosion happens in the distance, the smoke from it was rather odd...

A shimmering silvery could be seen down below, a female Vaseterm was trying her best in her true form to hold her ground against a group of Monsters and more were heading in her direction, she was managing for now but would be over run soon....

This was only a small idea of what happening, All over the creature could be seen and heard and not only on the ground but in the sky as well...

A news helicopter was being attacked by winged creatures, it was already smoking and losing altitude...

Flying monster were attacking people from the sky, some were picking them up and taking them to taller buildings to do who knows what with them as others were just dropping the people from the sky...

A male Vaseterm was doing his best against a group of the wings creatures, but it looked like he was trying to use his flashiness to draw the monster attention to him, it was working but was that really a good thing?...

A loud Roar came from dark clouds that still hung from the storm that had been just hours before, whatever it was sounded big...

This was only the beginning, for the choices you've characters make here will have consequences...

However this task would not be as easy to overcome as it would seem, the whole reason why this Mayhem even started was because of a powerful spell the King of Nightmares had placed over this part of the city, a spell that would neutralize it creatures magical ability...it could not be seen, only felt when passing thought it, a tingly sensation to those who would have their magic lock, this spell will not last forever however nor will the people

One corner of Eater's mouth twitches a bit, almost like it wants to curl up in a smile at Boreas' promise, though it never quite gets there, and he grimaces at the Captain's final words. "I understand..." he quietly replies, trying his best to come up with a plan.

When Catch comes over, he's momentarily distracted, and watches the price salute. //... I should've done that, I'm a Shadow Hunter too, not just a Nightmare,// he thinks, then his eye twitches. //I'm not going to do that! I'm not a Shadow Hunter, I'm a Nightmare!//
Then he tries to think on what Catch says without his thoughts getting in the way too much. //Yeah, we need to figure something out, Terra said this scarf will help, but he didn't say exactly what it'd do... What options do we have, though? I guess there's...//

Dreameater manages to smirk faintly at his redhead friend, giving him a thumbs-up as he says, "Yeah, yeah! I'll--see about getting something to eat before I go out there, that'd help me some, right? It should! I'll get something and eat it on the way out!" The Nightmare then looks back to Boreas and gives him a very quick salute, then grimaces yet again as he quickly tries to play it off like he's fixing his hat. His grimace turns to almost a glare when Glory flies over from Catch's head and lands on his hat. "... I'll be sure to mind myself as much as I can, especially knowing you're out there..." he grumbles to the Captain before turning and starting to make his way towards the kitchen part of the area.

"It's a secret bow tie! And now me and Terra are secret agents!" Sparky declares to Anna, puffing his chest out proudly.

Terra meanwhile goes around and gives Jasmine some things while everyone's been talking, and he explains to her what they do. Then, once Eater moves on, he quietly moves over, pulls out a small box, and offers Boreas a couple cookies. "... You'll need these..." he mumbles, not quite sure what to say right away.

Purity smiles warmly at the voice's reaction to his new name. "I'm glad you like it, Sunny~" she says.
She then goes quiet, thinking briefly on everything again, and looking over everything in this room. //... You really wouldn't expect this to be the inside of a lighthouse... It's a cute room though, and pretty big. Whatever this place is, is something good.
What really happened to Sunny, though, for him to be here? ... I guess we really are in Crimson's head? How did I get here, though...? ... And if this is Crimson's head, that... means he's out there somewhere, right? I don't really know, I hope he's ok if he is... I don't really know what to do...//

As she lays there, thinking, she feels a slight tingle in her side, in the wound the Abyss left her with, but it doesn't feel terribly painful, not like it did before. "... Sunny? I do have another question for you," she finally asks, her thoughts going back to him, "I know you don't remember your real name, but do you remember anything about your home, where you came from?"

"Wait--WHAT?!" Fiona shouted in response to Alex's discoveries. She reached back, her eyes widening when she saw her people hair... Though, there was a hint of relief, as a part of her wondered if Alex meant that her hair was gone...
But, other than that, she was so focused on their mission that she didn't give herself much time to really think about her new look, or what Alex and Eira had said about it.
The Elemental /had/ been about to shout something in response to Eira's comments about magic, but they were just arriving at the many scenes of chaos taking place in the Tomahawk District.

Fiona tensed up as her eyes frantically darted around at the countless scenes of violent monsters and destruction. This... This was unlike anything she'd ever seen before. It was horrifying, like watching a literal apocalypse unfold... She was actually stunned for a moment by the sheer chaos, but she pulled herself out of it quickly, "We gotta get in there!!" She unsheathed Shockwave and headed for the closest, most urgent thing she saw--some of the flying monsters taking people and dropping them.
...The heat of the situation was pushing her to follow her gut more than her head, but somewhere in there, she couldn't help but get hit by a completely different thought process, //...Don't leave the others, we need to make a plan! We need to do this carefully! We have to stay safe--but WE NEED TO ACT NOW, RIGHT? WE CAN'T LET PEOPLE DIE!!//

Alexandrea didn't miss a beat, following Fiona's lead, "Go Fiona!" she ignored the tingling sensation of the area locking her in her phoenix form. "We'll follow your lead and stick together!" she dove and stretched out her talons for someone that was dropped.

As she caught the person, who shrieked and freaked out at the sight of a giant black bird holding her, Alex turned her head up to the others, "If we stay together and work together, we stand a better chance!" she kept flying, with the person in her talons, she had another foot to catch someone else.

Meanwhile, on the ground, Aaliyah was charging through some monsters in her true form. Behind her was Theo, in his true form as well, and he was a good few paces behind his partner.

The stallion snorted, his eyes narrowing, //What caused all of this?// he let out a girly shriek as a dark monster lunged for him, he did a sort of awkward spasming motion as he moved to avoid it, which involved raising his head and sort of bringing his rump in, he almost looked cartoony in his movements. He then put on the speed and continued tearing after Aaliyah.

Aaliyah was b-lining for the other female Vaseterm who was being swiftly over run. She tucked her head in and let out a battle cry as she slammed into a monster, her horns piercing straight through the beast.

Theo followed suit, in his own way, he slammed into the nearest monster, kicking up off the ground at the last moment with his back hooves, so he flipped over it and landed on another one. He let out a 'oomph' as he landed on his back, pancaking a monster to the ground. And also leaving his belly exposed for the moment.

"... my home...." Sunny repeated, he long for home but what was home? " it's been so long....its hard to know what a dream and what is really a memory.... " he let his mind linger on that, something did seem to have called him before he heard Purity and for a moment he thought he remembered home..." ....just before I heard you calling out to me, I...I think I was home but I'm not sure, it seemed different but I can't really what home is to even compare it with.... I'm sorry I'm not very helpful "

"You don't have to apologize, it's ok, I'm just wanting to try and help you remember," Purity sweetly tells her formless companion, then thinks more on what he said. "You thought you were home before you heard me calling for you, though? Hmm..." she pauses, "I don't know if you could see what was in my dream before I got here, honestly, I still don't know how I even got here, but... I was on a beach in the Land of Dreams. Do you know that place?" //Or, he might've been referring to what he was seeing before he saw me... I don't really know, but I'll start with asking him this, at least...// she considers afterwards.

Boreas shifted his attention to Catch when he approached, saluted, and told them his plan. The Captain thought a moment, then let out the faintest sigh and nodded, "Alright. I can agree to that."
Then he watched as Eater went to go find something to eat. Boreas noted the Nightmare's attempt at a salute, and his responses afterwards... "It's good to respect your hat, too." Was all he said to that.
He glanced back to Catch, "I trust that you'll take care with him. Still, don't let your guard down. Best of Nubrie to you."

The icy Elemental then turned to Terra, "Huh, never expected magic-infused cookies... You've got all sorts of surprises." He smirked a little, taking two cookies, "Thanks. I'll hang on to them until we get there..."

"Dude really?!" Jason eyes widened in hearing that Crystal had just been talking about her glove " Wow! That! What a coincidence?! " he then pointed a finger and shook it coming up with his theory " Dude! It's not a coincidence! Do you see what this is?! It's a plot piece! you know what this means right? " he claps his hand with his enthusiasm " boss fight! Oh yeah! It just like all the story, getting the special Item just before a fight, will all my years of video games Experience has Train me to know this only mean one thing, boss fight! "

The Orange hair shapeshifter was almost to Carried away that he nearly forgot Crystal question " Oh shoot! If a boss fight coming up, you better know some stuff " Jason then Clear his throat " Yeah! It works the same way, but I did give it a few upgrades" he pointed at the girl glove " Osiris help me out with it, he said this figment Stone had powerful imagination Magic, it's a super old magic that pretty much extinct, but this gemstones got some left" he pointed a finger gun at the girl " the glove was made to fit you, haha get it? If the glove fits?... probably shouldn't go with the jokes at a time like this, SO anyway you should be able to summon things with your bow, or at least be creative with it, that really depends on how much imagination you have" Jason Shrugged his shoulders " but you should be able to make stuff with it, like shooting yourself bow and making a rope with it or like you need want your bow to fire more then one arrow, or maybe make it explode or something? I don't know how you're imagination works "

Jason then clap again " oh! Just be careful, using this magic going to wear you out the more you use it "

Dreamcatcher watch was Eater heads over to the refrigerator, he then gave Boreas a small bow "thank you sir, you have my word " he stood up and a small smile came to his face " Best of Nubrie to you, to"

The Dreamer prince had a lot to think about now, how to figure out his and his friend Problem.

" that so cool!" Anna Cheered, she looked around at everyone else and then pointed at Glory and herself " do we get anything?"

".... the land of dreams?.... I heard that name before... I think I know..." and then the voice fell silent...

The snake had been exploring the best to his ability, he was sniffing around and flopping his wings occasionally as he pulled himself across the floor

"Oh! So you do know the Land of Dreams?" Purity asks, feeling a bit more hopeful as she's found at least something that Sunny remembers. "It's the world with the four moons! The moons are revered as the guardian deities there, Nubrie, Taylice, Shiroi Tamashi, Ashnah... They're each associated with a different moon phase, but of course they aren't always in that phase. Do you remember anything about that?"

Though she waits patiently for a reply, taking her ribbons and wiping the dried tear stains all the way off her face, no reply ever comes back from Sunny, which gradually starts to concern her. "... Sunny?" she calls, glancing around the room, "Sunny? Can you still hear me? Did something happen? Are you still there?"

Still hearing nothing from her mysterious friend, the white Dreamer finally gets up off the floor. //I wonder what happened? I hope he's ok,// she thinks, //There was a moment before when he wasn't talking, after I made it to the beach. That was when, uh... I guess was it the monster imitating Crimson? Or... I don't know, Sunny only ever referred to him as--well, "he"... I don't think he mentioned there being more than one monster... But Sunny stopped talking when that was pretending to be Crimson, and then he started talking again when I was holding the snake and trying to wash him off...//

She glances over at the door of the lighthouse briefly, half afraid that the thing impersonating Crimson will open the door and walk in... but she also remembers how the lighthouse turned into a dragon and practically obliterated the monster, and she does feel safe in here... Maybe she shouldn't let herself get too paranoid here.

But, without knowing really what else to do, she walks over to the white winged snake and notices him flopping his wings around as he tries to move. "Hi there, how're you doing little guy? Are you still having some problems?" she asks with a pitying look in her eyes.

The snake looked up at the Dreamer and then back to himself, he let himself slip down all the way to his belly and had his paws and wings lazy out beside himself " Issss stillsss tryingsss, legsss isss weirdsss " he flop one of his wings not quite understand though are wings not legs

As they cleared the palace and the city came into view, Eira and Rahab's eyes grew wide in horror. The city was in absolute chaos, burning, crumbling, writhing with dark monsters and people fleeing for their lives. Rahab growled and pumped his wings furiously, diving towards the action. "We're going in! I'm dropping you off and covering the sky!" The griffin flew low enough to the street for Eira to leap off and land on the concrete with a roll.
Rahab hovered a moment, looking around with his sharp eagle eyes. "We need to get the people to safety! If they're all in one place, we can protect them better!" he roared. "Pass it on, and unless we cna find a better replacement, send them towards the palace!" With that, he burst his wings for the sky.

Eira whipped around and searched for the nearest people in need of help. Her heart was pounding in her chest. She spotted a shop on fire and rushed over, blasting ice on all sides to quench the fire. Upon entering the building, shooting down the flames in the way, she spotted the citizens trapped inside. "Out, now!" she shouted, waving her hand towards the exit.

Some of the monsters in the sky turned to the new Rivals in the sky, the group that Alex and Fiona Split up.

The one group Dove after the Phoenix, they looked like Shadowy terrordactyls but were big enough to pick up people. ( which some of them were still holding people)

The other half went after the Elemental, just like with Alex some of them were holding people to.

The sky's were Littered with the monsters, but here and there were other Creatures besides the male Vaseterm, there wasn't many of them but it looked like there was other putting up a fight.

[ Ground battle]

The people rust out of the burning shop, but it wouldn't be so easy... waiting across the alley were Shadowy dog monsters, they knew people were inside but were not going to go in their themselves but now they people were out.

The Shadowy dogs rushed out from their hiding place

"Aww, I know... I'm sure you'll get the hang of it, though," Purity encourages her snake buddy, lightly patting him on the head with one ribbon before holding both of her ribbons down like a cradle in front of him. "For now, would you like me to hold you again for a little bit? I'm gonna wander around and try to figure out what happened to Sunny.
... You wouldn't happen to have any idea what happened to him, would you?"

Rahab let out an eagle shriek as he tore across the sky with his slick black wings, racing towards the descending helicopter nearest to him. Instead of attacking the monsters around it, he dove straight for the helicopter's doorway where a door used to be. Tucking his wings in, the Shadow Hunter darted and shifted midair, landing in the helicopter in a roll. He immediately got to his feet and grabbed the two news reporters, hauling them towards the door. "Just jump! Trust me!" He didn't really give them time to react, because he had already thrown them and himself out of the helicopter into the air. In a flurry of snow, Rahab shifted back into a griffin, flaring open his wings to catch himself and grabbing the two reporters in his talons.

Eira staggered to a halt and held her hands out, signaling for the people to stop. "Stay back!" Her wide eyes danced over the pack of shadow dogs, trying to count how many there were. With little time to react, the shiftress raised a foot and stomped it down, sending out a wave of ice that launched towards the dogs.

(I'm assuming so, or something :s I messaged her on Discord a little bit ago and she hasn't gotten back to me)

Crystal simply nodded and smiled nervously at first as Jason spoke, her hands beginning to fidget, “A boss fight..?” That was something she certainly didn’t like the sound of, but she had a feeling Jason wasn’t far off.

The girl glanced around a little, but quickly looked back towards the boy in front of her when he went on the explain her glove. Crystal listened carefully, yet again nodding and even laughing a bit at the glove joke. She then thought for a moment, “That.. that sounds interesting, I wish I had some time to practice with it,” she said, looking down at her hand briefly.

“I’ll be careful,” she assured when Jason warned her about the effects of using this new magic. Crystal wasn’t sure how imaginative she would get, but she knew how easy it was to get worn out from her own magic, so she figured for now she would stick to what she knew, at least until she could get a better idea of what this glove could really do.

(Ah, sorry.. I just got kinda stumped and couldn’t think, but I tried to throw enough together for a simi-decent reply xs)
