If the sonar pen is like other disc type styli it probably is just a consequence of the capacitive touch not picking up everything. I have had that problem with a disc stylus on Android, etc. as well. Slowing down helps, but it can still happen.

it works 99% of the time. It's pretty much on par with most capacitive input devices maybe sans Apple pencil and Wacom Pens for Galaxy tab.
I suspect the nib. Gonna try the second one tomorrow.
