Actually Touko there are quite a few Touhou artests on Colors! There are NekoIris, Shyster44, U.N Owen Was Me, Nya-Nya, ep.sonia, Hastati (*cough*), and AnimeMangaFan to name a few.

Cirno is actually over sixty y/o, if I'm not mistaken? But because she's an ice fairy, she ages much differently than humans, or even the youkai, for that matter.
