Osiris gave a small bow when Fiona said they were ready, he then wave a hand towards the door " then I will see you out then"

Osiris then travel though his home and stop just at his front door, he remembered something important " oh dear... I nearly forgot something dire " he made a brief stop over at a coat hanger and took a nice gray blue one off the hook, he then opened the door to the outside world (just one of the hallways in the Palace ) " the weather forecast say we are expecting showers and if I am not mistaken you may need this lady Fiona "

After everything's sorted, Terra simply nods his head in agreement with Fiona and starts to leave the room, pausing just a moment as Osiris has one last thing for them. //... He's very generous with his things...// is all Terra notes for now, going over everything that's happened in his mind.

Sparky follows right along with his partner, but stays just a little further behind, having some last comments he wants to make to Osiris after he gives Fiona the raincoat. "Osiris! You have my many thanks for equipping me, my partner, my partner's girlfriend, and the rest of our friends, and our acquaintances, and maybe our friends' acquaintances with such things that we need! With these things will go out and fight the good fight, and save the people, hopefully, and return these back to you once again! Farewell, and wish us luck!" he regally declares with a bow.

Fiona followed the group to the door, then accepted the coat from Osiris. She let Sparky give his thanks first, then added on, "Uh... Yeah!! We'll give it our all--especially thanks to you!" as well as giving a bow of her own--was she supposed to do that? She might as well, it seemed right and polite...

Then she headed out with the two ghosts. "You guys'll be able to find everyone quick, I'm sure! I'll find Alex and we'll meet up with ya later--maybe out front!" The Elemental said, starting to head off down the hall to look for Alex. She looked back to add one last thing for Terra, though--"Love you!"

"I--I don't know, but you didn't sound right at first," Purity replies, now laying down on her belly with her legs beneath her. She'd like to get up all the way after the crab thing tried to crawl over her, but she's still hurting and exhausted after everything she went through. Now that she's a bit more up, she starts looking around more, first noticing the Nightmare corpses that are laying on the beach with her. "O-oh..." she quietly gasps, pinning her ears back at the sight and feeling a knot in her gut as she looks at them, especially when she sees that some of them are still partially Dreamers... Then, she looks over in Crimson's direction, grimacing as she watches the octopus crabs crawling over to him. She isn't exactly sure what he's feeding them: in his hands it looks like some kind of bread or something, but once it's out of his hands, it turns into something else, and by the time it hits the sand, it looks more like some kind of strange, black meat... She doesn't really want to know what it is.

Then, Purity also remembers that Crimson kept talking. "Oh? ... Wait, I'm in your mind? How am I in your head?! I can die here?! I think I almost did!" she quickly starts to ask and then explain, "I don't know how I got here, I was in my own dream--I think? I was having a nightmare and then Weaver came in and, I guess he changed it, he made a beautiful beach in my dream and stayed with me awhile, he helped me feel better... Then Terra came in and we all talked for a bit, until Eater took over Weaver again and left, Terra went after him too," Purity has to pause a moment to breathe, "I was there, pacing around and just trying to think, when I heard someone calling for help, I wanted to find this person, so I chased his voice across the sea..." She glances sadly back out at the ocean with its dark rock formations. At least it seems calmer out there now.
"... I couldn't reach him though, I think he was the sun? Or a star... I don't know, his voice sounded like it was coming from--at least somewhere over there, where the sun was setting, I don't really know what happened, but I... I couldn't reach him... And everything went dark..."

The Dreamer plays with a bit of her cloud mane (using her ribbon) as she looks back to Crimson, still not sure what to think. He looks identical to Crimson--well, almost identical, the only differences are his black undershirt and his sleeves that go down all the way to the base of his hands, covering his wrists. Still, she keeps thinking about what the voice told her, over and over like a broken record in her mind, and nothing seems right here...

Crimson tipped his head to the side but doesn't say anything in reply to Purity first comment, he then followed the Dreamer gaze to the sea and other things " yes, yes you are...its quite something isn't? you never experienced Madness before have you? Of course not you just said you never been in someone else's mind before, to see what /really/ in a person /heart/"

The red prince looked back out towards the water and Frowned " In this place many things will try to trick you, lure you into danger...it sounds like you almost fell into such a trap, the Harbinger almost got you... if I were you I wouldn't listen to any more strange voices, you were lucky this time but next you might not be so lucky "

Listening to Catch persistently trying to defend Hiiro leaves Dreameater rather speechless because of how far he's willing to go, to even making excuses for the Xanos like this; the dark look in his eyes gradually fades the more Catch rambles. "Why did you feel like you needed to--" he starts, reaching out and putting one hand on Dreamcatcher's shoulder while shaking his head, but he stops himself, and says something else instead, looking Catch right in the eye. "You know what? Ok, you want to find out what's going with Hiiro? When Eira, and Rahab, and Ethan get back, we'll talk about our plans with them, and then you and I can go out and find Hiiro, alright? I'll help you find him, and you can talk to him, and we'll find out what's really going on. Ok?"

Dreamcatcher was expecting the Nightmare to keep going on about Hiiro, he relaxed when Eater lighten the topic, he did feel something in his gut, that what he fine wouldn't be what he wanted but he needed the truth " alright... I think that be a good plan, I want to talk with Hiiro fine out what really going on with "

Rahab and Eira listened contemplatively to Ethan's storytelling, and they leaned in to observe the holographic lock that he presented to them. Of course, they could only assume the holographic image was a magic thing, so they didn't question it.

After getting a good look, Rahab leaned back again nd crossed his arms. "So... You have a magic device, no clue what exactly it does, but you assume it'll set free your captured friend by taking these powerful Keys and sticking them in it. And you've never met the one who made it thousands of years ago but the Keys are supposed to be compatible with it. There's also a sadist guy who's still alive and who really wants it. Did I get that all down right?"

Eira seemed less confused by it all - she had gotten pretty used to the odd way things worked out in their Keyhunting experiences. "You said this was made to work with the Keys? Did the one that created the lock also make the Keys?"

Ethan stood there looking down, he didn't have a good answer, because they didn't know a lot about it "... y-eah...k-inda... " he a honest Mumble back

He then glace up to Eira, she didn't make him feel as uncomfortable as her brother " W-ere not sure... Faithful D-reamer was the o-ne who design the key-s but he never told lady Victoria about this device.." he then added because he wasn't sure if they knew who Faithful was " we...we d-on't talk about F-aithful to much...he was Victoria h-usband and k-illed b-y Mali-ce... it can make her go into d-ark mourning... a deep d-epression of the l-ove one to the Vaseterm..." he picked at the bottom of his shirt, he never liked talking about this kind of stuff

Terra told me I'm in a coma, I don't think I'm going to wake up anytime soon. Am I safe here...?"

I'm doing alright, just got back from the store, now I got a warm washcloth on my eye to help it feel better, but other then my eye hurting, lack of sleep and happy time im doing good xD. )

Crimson Shrugged his shoulders " your asking me that? How am I supposed to know? Your the one in my head and the only ones who tried that before have been Nightmares " he waves a hand to the Shoreline with all the corpses scattered across the sand

" the only thing I can think of is that maybe your past the point of no return..." he cut his eye back over to Purity ""... it wouldn't be the first time this has happened in your blood line..." his glare was only but a moment before looking out towards the water again, with an almost thought look " are you safe here?... so tell me this? Is life itself safe?...Its funny really...to think about...that every time we go to bed we believe we're going to wake up, that we live out that day going though the boring drama of are life's believing in a way that were inmortal...that the day is given to us...when in reality, safety is the dream, were not guaranteed anything..."The red prince then push himself off the rock he was sitting on, his shoes crushing two of the crab like creatures

Terradream remains quiet, as is usual for him, simply nodding his head once everything's said and done, but he does pause once they're about to part ways. "That s-sounds like a good plan," he mutters in reply to Fiona, "Good luck finding Alex."

"Seee yaaaaa!" Sparky cheerfully waves to Fiona, then both he and his partner turn to leave, with the Dreamer now carrying his bag of things with a ribbon.

But Terra stops one last time when he hears the last thing Fiona says. After yet another pause, he turns his head just a little and calls back--a bit quieter though--with a happy, goofy grin, "... L-love you too...!"

Purity pouts her lip a little at Crimson's first comments, maybe she should've suspected that'd be the case, but she had to ask anyway... His next comments take her by surprise though, particularly the second one he made. //... It's not the first time in my bloodline? What is he... Is he referring to Fable? But I never told him about Terra's dad, and I know Terra doesn't tell anyone about him, no one would say anything about that, so how could Crimson know? If this is really him...? Does Fable really even count, though, or... was there someone else...?//

But then the red prince's speech unnerves her even more, and she grimaces and feels sick hearing the sound of the crabs being crushed under Crimson's shoes. Feeling almost afraid for her life as well, she forces herself to stand up, even with how tired she is, and how much her wound from the Abyss stings. "I'm--I'm not past the point of no return, Weaver told me I wasn't going to turn into a Nightmare..." she quietly protests, "And Terra would've been so horrified if I was, but he wasn't... He was worried about me, but he didn't seem worried about me turning, so I can't be..."

"Frighten!" "Flee!" "Scared!" the other crab creatures exclaim as they scurry away from the red prince, and in some ways Purity pities them now, she can empathize with how scared they are... even if they are creepy octopus crab things.

Crimson eye followed the fleeing crabs for a moment before he replies to the Dreamer " that is something I come to be aware of... because if you really were past the point of no return, you wouldn't have made it to shore..." looking up in thought again and he added " hmmm, but I have found that very interesting..."

The red prince stepped off the crushed crabs and kneel down, looking at then with a curious expression " your brother dead and yet he obvious isn't... isn't that odd?...what makes him special?...." He said picking up the bigger of the dead crabs, he then turned it over in his hands, examining it " he wears his heart safety pined to his backpack, this backpack is all that he knows...Shot down by strangers who glance can cripple the heart and devour the soul...terrified of what inside he crawls like worm from a bird...so what makes him special?..." his eye glowed red as he said " natural when something dies its existence in the realm of the living is over..." the red prince eye went back to normal and he Frowned staring at the lifeless crab in his hand, he took it and tossed the carcass, discarding it over his shoulder without care

Crimson then pick up the smaller body " however...there are ways to...how do I put it?...Make Changes to the rules..." his eye glowed red again, red energy spark on the crab body, at first it seems like nothing happened but suddenly a leg twitches and then other...

In moments The crab was alive again! However something seem off, its movements were jerky, unnatural from the over crabs who fleed, maybe it was because its body was still broken or maybe it was because something else was happening to it?...

Black spots boiled up on its body, boileds pop as feathers bursted from then...A smirk came to the red prince face as he held changing creatures, it was squeals turned into screeching

The more she listens to "Crimson", the more anxious she feels, but she doesn't move from her spot right now. //This isn't Crimson... There's no way this is him... But why is he impersonating him? What even is this...?// she ponders.
She almost feels sick listening to him talk about her brother, and watches as he... experiments with the crabs. Purity's eyes widen in shock when the smaller one starts twitching again. "You... You brought it back to life...?!" she gasps, then her shock changes to horror as the crab itself starts changing. "What's happening to it...?"

" that I did..." the red prince replied rather proud of himself, smirking down at the still changing creature, he glace away from toy, over towards the Dreamer, his unnatural red glowing eye was clearly able to see " so tell me this Purity Ataraxia, do you know the price of rebirth?..." he turned his hand so his palm was upright, holding the creature as it finished its transformation... it now had a snake like body with a row of feathers down its back, it had bird like head and wings...
" only the naive would believe that a miracle like this would not come at some form of a cost..." the red prince took a breath as his close his eye for a moment " unfortunately, I'm not powerful enough to do more...not yet..."
when he opened it, his eye had return back to their sapphire blue

" I am getting stronger... it will not be long before I'll have the power to do great things..."
Crimson smiled at Purity, probably the most cheerful expression she would have seen him, he looked to the creature slithering around his arm, he kept turning it like one does with holding a snake to keep it from falling off " yes...very soon..."

He took his free hand and began to pet the creature, looking over his work" payments can come in many forms Purity....but it always costs something... maybe it's ones body? Maybe it's someone else's?.... maybe its giving up one soul? Or offering up someone's else's?....you should already know this... a sacrifice must be made in order to bring something back or have you not come to realize that? Even after Weaver?....his soul is back but do you know what was paid for it?...its a bit frightening to think about isn't it? That you got back your prince but at what cost?... one I think you will find out if you haven't already.... however it leaves one uncontent when you only pay for half isn't it?... having a soul isn't the same as having the heart isn't it? You want that to don't you? But that to will come at a price...and what about his body? You want as well? What good is a heart and soul if you can not hold the vessel itself?... that is what people enjoy the most..." he looks tips his head at that, making a puzzled look "...so tell me? What do you think will be the payment for his body?...you do want to hold all of Weaver again don't you? And what about your brother? What payment will be for him? I will tell you this, it will be for far more then this small petty creature rebirth...."

"Ok," Dreameater sighs, leaning back in his chair as he thinks everything over a little more. "So later I'll help you find Hiiro out in the city... Except... I can't go out in the city..." He frowns at the distant wall, remembering what he had just told Ai only moments ago. "With the Abyss out there, I either can't go out there, or I'd have to be very careful, it could command me to kill you and then we'd both be in trouble. At the same time, I can't just sit around inside the palace the whole time we're here..." Eater glances back to Catch with an eyebrow raised. "There's gotta be something to help with that, right? Some way to cancel a command like that so I'm not forced to kill you guys? Or maybe something to prevent me from even hearing it?"

Fiona waved to the ghostly Dreamer and his Fairfin, then turned and focused on her mission to find Alex. Although a big, happy grin was now on her face...

...As she kept going, she couldn't help but wonder about her raven-haired friend. //Where would she be by now...? Did she find Blue? Did they actually see that vision...?// Her grin slowly became a small, slightly concerned frown.

" thanks..." Dreamcatcher replied to the Nightmare agreeing to help him, but with what Eater say next makes him look up with worry " that right..
" he took his figures though his hair at this troubling problem "Alexandrea did say that it can control Nightmares..."

The Dreamer prince was thinking, they knew so little about the Abyss, he just knew it was bad, really bad news " me and Eira had just got back from her getting some tests done in hopes to help Purity... according to the nurse Eira the first she seen to have survive so long from an attack of this Abyss creature... were still not entirely sure why, nothing seem to be special about Eira physically no special silver blood or magic seals to help out but something been keeping her going " letting out a sigh because this doesn't really help with what the Nightmare asked in the first place " we just don't know much about this thing..." but after saying this something clicked in Catch head " what, hang on! Malice know about this monster doesn't he? This is going to sound crazy but with how he been acting do you think we could get him to talk? "

Purity watches wordlessly as the horrors only seem to continue. By the time "Crimson" is done, she's shivering as she stands there, and she takes one step back. "... Please stop, y-you're scaring me..." Purity quietly whimpers, though that might not do anything for her. "Who are you, really? You're not Crimson, I know you can't be him... So who are you? And why are you telling me all of this...? ... What are you going to do...?"

(Let's just pretend that all this time he's refered to the Abyss as the shadow centipede thing or the thing that attacked Purity X"D )

Alexandrea was still sprawled out in a hallway, she was in her griffin form, peering out a window at the grey skies above. Her tail tip flicked to and fro as she was spacing out, she wasn't even going over any new info, she was just letting her mind wander. Her gaze was distant, a place far away from here.

(BLOOD! YOU'RE ALIVE!)

(HALLOOOOO!)

Fiona searched through the halls. Whenever she'd come to an intersection, she'd glance down each possible route--she didn't have much else to rely on other than impulse, but she made sure to practically hug the outermost wall, figuring that if she didn't find Alex out here...
Well, there'd be a lot more space to cover, but she could cross one part off of that list, right?

The Elemental's mind was occupied with visions for a moment longer, until she spotted a familiar griffin sprawled on the floor. "Alex! There you are!" Fiona called, hurrying to meet the shifter. "I've been looking for you!"

Alex jolted back to reality when her name was called, the griffin rolled onto her belly and looked up at Fiona coming towards her.

"Hi Fiona!" she responded cheerfully, "I've just been laying here, I couldn't find anyone after a while of searching, so I waited for someone to find me! This place is huge..."

She pushed herself up into a sitting position, leaning heavily on her forelegs. "What have you been up to? Besides looking for me"

( I got to go feed the cats im looking after, be back in a little bit! )

The Nightmare rubs his jaw with one hand as he listens to Catch. "... I mean, maybe? Malice wants to kill me though, so we'd have to be careful about that too. Though after last night, he might be weaker, I don't know...
... Did I tell you what happened last night? I think I did, right? I explained why Crim's in the infirmary?" Eater asks, trying his best to remember.

"It IS huge!" Fiona agreed, arriving beside Alex. "Well, after you left, I went with Terra and Sparky to Osiris' room, and we talked about and took notes on all the crazy stuff that's been going on lately... Now there are a few more things that've happened that I need to talk with you about--But I wanted to see how you were doing, first!
So... How're you doing?"
The Elemental paused--Alex's demeanor and what she'd already said answered most of her questions, but she waited to hear the shapeshifter's response anyways.

Alex nodded slowly along with Fiona, interest sparking in her eyes. "I'm alright, any longer and you'd have found me asleep on the floor" she answered in a soft voice. "How have you been doing?"

Fiona smiled, glad her friend was in good shape.
Then she started rambling, "I've been GREAT! Because Weaver's still around, and we've got some ways we can try helping him out... I've got a new idea of what to do about /these./" She lifted up her two clawed fingers, "...And we're on our way to a LOT MORE stuff!

BUT, things are also /not great,/ because the /city's under attack again!/ We gotta get everyone together and do something about it because people need help, and we're Keyhunters!
And the whole thing is also really /weird and suspicious.../"

Alexandrea gazed uneasily at Fiona's clawed fingers, worry worming its way into her heart, but she couldn't help but feel the Elemental's enthusiasm.

She was gonna say something, but then Fiona mentioned the city being under attack. "What!?" she sprang up to all fours, "We definitely need to help!" the feathers along her spine rose, "We'll find out what started it /after/ we save people!"

She curled her tail in anticipation, "Where are the others? Do you know?"

Catch grimaced when Malice was brought up, but as Eater went on it got him thinking, which didn't settle right with him all

He had forgotten what Eater told him about why Crimson was in the infirmary and that he was given a job that he still hadn't done... " yeah... I remember now " Dreamcatcher pulled out the paper Eater had given him earlier " I haven't had a chance to give Crimson your letter..." his tone held the same guilt that was on his face, he was thinking about why Crimson was even in the infirmary, but with that he was wondering " do.. do you think that maybe Malice has more to do behind everything? "

Fiona nodded quickly in agreement with Alex's priorities, but then just as quickly shook her head at the Phoenix's question. "No, I don't know where they all are--but I told Terra we'd meet him and everyone else outside! He and Sparky are looking for the rest of the group now!"

The Elemental gave Alex a bit of space and floated up a bit, ready to zoom off if need be, "But I gotta tell you--Void and Malice are involved in this too! Malice set up a spell that affects magic creatures, which made Void's monster-minions go crazy. We need protection and disguises before we go in there!
Osiris gave us some stuff that can help! I've got it right here..."
She reached back into her hair and pulled out the two wafer cookies and rings.

"The cookies help with magic protection, and the rings are for disguises!" She quickly explained, offering a cookie and a ring to Alex.

The red prince tipped his head, his smile change to a Confused expression at the girl quiet plead " I'm a Nightmare, I know what you mean by that..."
"... you know my name?..." The red prince looks down at the wing creature as he petted it, he was quietly thinking, his face grimaced " ... Crimson?... am I supposed to be Crimson?.... I... I don't remember... I feel that I know that name?..." he moved his hand to hold his head, dropping the wing creature, it flip its wings but still fell not used to its new form

" there so many names... so many voices calling out! I don't remember who I am! " the red prince voices cracked as he held his head leaning forward

Alexandrea frowned when Void and Malice were said to be involved, //Better not be like the other night.. He better not be getting into more trouble... I'll have his head// she flicked her tail crossly. //I still need to talk to him about... well, a lot...//

"Cookies and a ring?" Alex purred with amusement, she couldn't quite take them in this form, so she focused and in a few moments, was in her human form. Looking wobbly for a moment.

"Going from 4 legs to 2 is disorienting" Alex grumbles, steadying herself before taking the cookie and ring, "Thank you" she smiled, "Shall we get going? We don't wanna be the last ones there!"

(Ahhhhh I live!! Sorry for not showing up till now... Part of the reason is that I forget we've moved to Saturdays x'D I am working on homework but still present!)

"Hey, that's fine," Dreameater casually replies when Catch pulls out the letter, noticing how guilty the prince seems over it. "It was just a thing to let him know what I was going to be up to, if he started wondering where I was while I was busy doing stuff. I already did what I needed to though, so I guess it's not /that/ important anymore." He frowns at the prince's last comments though. "No, I don't think Malice is behind everything, but maybe we can ask him if we do really go out looking for him..." he adds with a subtle sarcasm at the end. "Still, how would we go about that? Going out and finding Malice? Would we just have to run out there and hope we find him before the Abyss centipede thing finds us? Or am I just going to have to stay behind while everyone else does everything? ... No, there's gotta be something I can do so I can safely go out... Maybe we'll just have to get other people with us when we go? You're not going to go find the King of Nightmares by yourself after he nearly forced you to turn..."

Rahab took in a deep breath at Ethan's reply, getting impatient with the bare amount of information, but he was working on calming down. He stayed silent a moment, working over the information he had received and reviewing it with information he already knew.

Eira gave Ethan a quiet nod in response. "Yes, I believe I know him. I don't think I was aware he was Queen Victoria's husband, though..." She gave a sorry dip of her head. "My condolences."
After a second, she tipped her head and spoke again. "Perhaps Queen Victoria would remember something more about it? About the Keys, and what the lock does when opened?"

When Alex shifted and wobbled around, Fiona floated forward, ready to jump in and help her keep stable. "It looks like it! Shifting is cool--but gaining or losing limbs sounds kinda weird..." She muttered.
As Alex steadied herself and accepted the items, the Elemental backed away again, smiling right back. "Yeah! Let's go! We gotta get together so we can make a battle plan to put into action!"

(HALLOOOOOOOOoOooOoooo FADE! It's alright! Good luck with your homework!)

"What...?" Purity asks under her breath, only more confused, but when he appears to start wrestling with himself, she feels her heart reach out in pity... //Is... Is Crimson actually in there? He's been acting nothing like him up until this point... I don't know... But if he is...// "Y-yeah, I think you're supposed to be Crimson..." she quietly tries to call out to him, even taking some shaky, nervous steps towards him, but what is she supposed to say? "Please, try to calm down, I'll help you as much as I can, if I can...!"

Eater tone didn't help with the Dreamer prince guilt about not keeping his word again... he thought he had more time but wasn't expecting things to keep popping up like they had, he placed the latter on the table, he rubbed his face but doesn't say anything as the Nightmare moves on

Eater brought up a lot of Catch concerns about the Nightmare king, exactly the last part, Dreamcatcher leaned back in his chair and placed his good hand on top of his arm that was healing in the sling"... no, I know I shouldn't go alone, exactly right now " that had work at all for him in the past and he definitely didn't want to go willingly by himself to face Malice " Malice isn't the only one who needs to recover and were not even sure what condition he really is in"

" but you are right about that, if Malice is under control of the Abyss we definitely don't want you getting near that thing..." they both knew why that be bad, Catch knew Eater was already fighting his instincts and he only imagine how much more awful that be for Weaver " there got to be something though?...." he sits up and Frowned, it was a wild thought " she said it commands Nightmares? Like order them? Is it like a cord or something it says or give off some kind of signal? "

Ethan gave a small nodded/ bow in return to Eira condolences, he was very nervous and awkward about, it was a topic he wasn't exactly comfortable talking about but he appreciated her for her caring about the Queen.

He made a thing face, remembering what he was told of the days planned " s-he might, lady Victoria has been trying to look i-nto it more, she and the others matriarchs have been using vision to try and un-c-over more and well.... though after what h-appened las-t Night, Osiris informed me she had been f-ocusing on Malice..." he looked down at the floor, knowing that wasn't going to be a good thing if Malice and Victoria were to meet up "... i-f Malice is really here...s-he try to kill him a-gain... " in his mind he didn't think that was a bad thing, it was honestly to him a good thing, Malice was the King of Nightmares and the main reason for a lot of evils, but Victoria had nearly died before and had technically did before when facing Malice and that what he was afraid of

"Yeah!" Alex put the ring on and then the cookie in her pocket. She then doesn't waste another moment, "Last one outside is a rotten egg, Fiona!" she hollers as she's already running down the hall, grinning back at the Elemental.

Fiona fiddled with the one cookie and ring she still had for a moment, immediately shoving both into her hair when she heard Alex's declaration, "What?! Oh, you're on!!" The Elemental flew after the Phoenix shapeshifter at full speed for a few moments, then dropped to the floor and started running to make sure she kept it fair. Kind of. She'd flown pretty fast--so much so, her feet were barely keeping up when she landed.

...Along with this, the headband-tiara she'd received from Osiris had also fallen a bit loose from her quick movements. She hadn't quite fastened it right...

Alexandrea ran full out, her arms and legs pumping, for a moment the thought of hopping out a window and declaring herself winner, had crossed her mind for a moment. But she didn't do that, snickering as she ran.

"Yeah..." Dreameater mutters, watching as Catch rests his hand on his bad arm. He stays quiet, crossing his arms again and tapping one foot anxiously on the floor. "I mean, it sounds like that's how it'd be? It can somehow give a command or something and Nightmares are bound to follow it? I get the feeling just plugging up my ears so I can't hear anything wouldn't be enough, it's probably got some kind of magic to it... I don't suppose any of us would be able to figure out how to give commands like that?"

At that moment, Terradream walks into the dining area of the kitchen, already scanning the large room to see who all is here. Noting Catch, Eater, and Crystal right away, he starts making his way over there, while Sparky makes sure they know he's there.
"Hello, friends!" the mouse Fairfin cheers, flying over to the table ahead of his partner.

Eater turns his head and smiles faintly at Sparky, though he still keeps his arms crossed. "Hey buddy," he replies, then looks over at the ghostly Dreamer, "Hey Terra, what's up? ... You've got a tie now, huh? Really trying to look good for Fiona? ... How're you even wearing that, though?"

Terradream mimics the sound of clearing his throat and huffs, turning slightly more invisible. "... I-it's... an ancient bow tie worn by a secret agent, that a-allows me to better interact with the physical world... B-but nevermind that, we've got a situation..."

Fiona was putting all of her focus in trying to keep up her speed, which wasn't quite working for her on foot. She was no pushover, but she wasn't as quick as Alex. The Elemental probably looked silly as she scrambled to keep up, but she was still going to give it her best effort.

Even if that meant focusing so hard, she would fail to watch where she was going, or if there were any oncoming walls, windows, or doors...

That made Catch think " I'm not sure...If I had to guess it in the dark language that well only dark creatures speak and understand and even at that, I don't think it be simple even if any of us knew the dark language "

The Dreamer prince looked up when Sparky announced his presence " hay, Sparky! "

He then couldn't help but watch Terra and Eater chat, Dreamcatcher was grinning at the Nightmare tease " you look nice " he complemented his ghost friend and wondered if this was a bit of Weaver coming though again

However Catch sat up right when Terra said something was urgent " what going on? " he asked

Alexandrea kept glancing back at Fiona, snickering as she went, "You can fly if you want to! There's no rules to this race!" she rounded a corner and made a b-line for the exit at the end of the hall.

" But /Who/ is Crimson?! " the red prince looked up at Purity with desperate eyes " I wasn't always like this! I wasn't born without a heart! " seen the Dreamer step closer, Crimson shook his head stepping back " s-tay back! I-i'm a monster! "

The wing creature flop on the sand for a moment until it got itself upright, it then started to slither in circles, like it didn't know were to go our how it was even supposed to move properly

"No rules?!?" Fiona echoed in exclamation, her eyes suddenly snapping wide open. Naturally she wanted to stay on the ground--for /honor's/ sake, but she was also falling quite a bit behind, and she didn't want to be a rotten egg, and there /were no rules/...

So, up she went, but rather than turning smoothly, she flew sideways into the wall immediately past the turn. On the flipside, she got on her hands and knees on the wall and launched herself off of it, zooming through the hall and shortening the gap between her and Alex.

(Yeeaaah, it is past midnight over here now.)
