This is really good!
Even though it's painted in a "Monochrome" fashion, I noticed that you actually used cold values in shadows to add contrast and shape to the overall face.
Really nice!
When will you try a fully colored portrait? You've got the skill!
Your proportions and your symmetry are top notch.

Hmm.. I've thought about being more brave with using colour but it is a lot trickier. It's much easier to just focus on values when the image is more monochrome I guess. I really should push myself out of my comfort zone though
