S'up I needed a break from doing serious work art so I'm (possibly) redesigning ALL my characters (at least the really old ones)

This is Lance who was a Luxray but I wanted him to be his own thing. In fact when I made him I intended for him to slowly evolve into his own character and be more Luxray inspired than actual Luxray, like how I saw some other people do. But, back then I had no patience or consistency
..Still don't 'cause I might change him later :')
