Ano..Yuno..Actually I want to make this looks like oil paintings, but I just can't find the right way (either of brushes & technique) how to bring it a good result, my desired result.

I wouldn't know how to make it look like an oil painting either. I guess if you used an actual oil painting as a practice reference, and attemp to replicate it, you could get a grasp of the idea.. Reply:
So I did link my Discord account to ColorsLive through account settins, but there may be more I still need to do. I haven't learned Discord yet, so I'm still figuring the app out.

@TheAdjudicator I have two references, one a real photo, and another one was oil painting (for texture reference) maybe I can achieve it but it will need longer time, more than 4 hours..

This is fantastic. It is one of my favorites of yours all time. And regarding your Discord comment, I feel your pain on trying to get thin liner brush type lines for branches.
