...The feeling trapped--persona feels, it made me think: maybe I'm also doing the same thing.
It's too true that one can get used to doing something; (positive or) negative and don't know they're keeping themselves vulnerable and/or unable to let go of someone or something that's hurting them..

Yeah...even though my persona was just a version of me within drawings, getting rid of them felt like it got rid of a lot of negative things, that I picked up/that happened when using that persona.
