Pepper is something between a ghost and a genie, unable to grant wishes yet her spirit is still trapped to a "lamp" of her own, or in her case a small mysterious watch.
She can do some floating around while dragging her watch behind her, but in most cases her new friend Emerl happily volunteers for the convenient option of carrying her around town.
