They live in secret places, untouched by humans. Ocassionally one may fly over populations to see if there's someone in need of help, or a nudge in the right direction.
Holding an AngelPuff can also ease worries, and relieve stress. ^-^
It's rare if an AngelPuff accompanies a person, but not an impossibility. You can't really pursuade them like most Puffs, they have to choose you. ( cont. )

Making a first appearance with these guys in color is Gwen, the angel that Luke spoke to. :O She's taken great interest in him. A halfdemon, not wanting to lay waste to people for kicks, but fighting to be a good guy? That can turn many heads.
She visited him around the fifth night after he met P2, expressing how fascinated she was that he'd do something so out of character. And that she wished him well on his personal mission.
