it restarts it'sself all by it's self. i was eating ice cream when i first saw it do it and sometimes the screen goes black too. oh well. my mom is going to get me a new laptop 4 christmas because i asked her if i can get one. i knew my pc would poop out on me sooner or later so i just wrote down all my important websites and programs in my notebook. im not going to use the broken pc anymore. it has windows 10 on it. i might try to see if i can take it to a pc repear place to see if they can fix
