it /sounds/ like the speaker when i put my ears to wherd its coming from (tiny speaker spots)
and also, while it is frequent, its not constant,, it stopped doing the noise a few minutes ago

and yup, no phone.. never been allowed one, closest ive gotten is borrowing my dads tablet and/or one of his phones to occasionally watch streams n look up refs on
i do have a computer though, which is what i use for most of my internet things (asidefrom2dsandswitch)

for if im at home, there's this house phone we have set up so i can jus. call 9II or call one of my parents if smth is up at home
for not at home?? i,,,, don't go outside a lot, and when i do, it's never alone, so it hasn't been a concern in that department
