i like you color choices for this picture, by using the redish backround to go with her red hair, you have really framed her face and made it a good focal point, i do feel that the emblem on the left is slightly competeing with her face, perhaps making it slightly smaller or a bit bigger and kind of behind her would solve that, that being said it looks really great. :)
