He's from Dress Up Time Princess... It's a shame I can't paint lips... I started this on my tablet with the free app, then since the paid version didn't import my pics I snapped a screenshot and redrew it. Then I transferred it to my Switch via the gallery, and here we are.
I really wish I could zoom in farther... and that I could paint lips XD
