@cleric nice to see someone is interested ^^" Yeah, I just felt like it. I'm doing two actually, this one and another one called stars (placeholder name). "Eyes" is not planned, I'm just making it as I go, but stars is planned, but only a snippet of a story larger. I want to make a webcomic one day, so I figured I might as well practice ^^"
Oooooh! Lemme try to help (though some of my webcomics have somewhat failed, lol!) - Alright: MAKE SURE there's space (gutters) between the panels, even if it's against the style of the comic. - Background people and objects can apparently be simple (stick people and colors..) - Make sure everything's SUPER CLEAR, the characters, powers, area they're in, ect.. also don't do dynamic/action angles; apparently people get EASILY confused with those(?) - I think people also get confused with more than one protagonist, make sure you make it clear who you want the story to follow. (Though I spoken to very few people who could understand teamwork, multiple protagonists, several heroes.. ect..)
I'd keep going, but the many things I heard would take a while to type/read.. (Unless don't mind another wall of text, lol!) - I'll just say, so far: apparently only the short, gore comic I did: #Aventurine did well(?) here and on other sites. At least, I got no complaints from that one.....
@cleric Re: Thanks for the tips! I'll keep them in mind. Also, I read your comic #Aventurine! I drew one of your characters, remember? ^^ Also, I'm curious, why did you choose the name aventurine?
It was named after the color of the protagonist's robe. And the only reason the robe was green, was because that's how I saw it in the bad dream I had that year, which inspired the comic! - The in comic-world reason is: "Aventurine" was the name of the science team that experimented on the protagonist. The experiments were so bad, it remembered that name only, and consequently used Aventurine for it's own name.
Also, sorry I forgot! Last year's a blur except the two anime I watched which made me remeber them somewhat clearly in the sea of fog. This is probably a bad sign, but I can remember only bits and peices of this year so far, too...
@cleric Ah, it's fine. Having a foggy memory happens to me too all the time. Make sure you're not stressed or burnt out.
What helps me remember things better is saying where I'm placing items down or where I'm going aloud (but not too loud). But then again, a lot has happened this year that has, unfortunately, stopped many things people wanted to do this year from happening. On, the irony.
I sometimes say stuff out loud/to myself, but one time my dad thought I was talking back and got SO mad.... I have a tough time even trying to do stuff to help myself...

@cleric Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sure there's some apps that you can probably use to help your memory as well as an alternative ^^"
