what happened was i was drawing something and i got a "turn your ds off you fricked up" message so i did, and tried to continue the drawing but it was blank, so i just restarted the drawing. i went to post it and i got the error message and that was the last time i saw colors three dee on the 2ds
i think the drawing was corrupted and me trying to upload it just broke everything

oof, if only u used a new canvas to finnish that drawing

@ender1872 idk if I read this wrong, but I'd you can't get onto colors because it stops connecting and gives you an error code, you may need to restart your router. Other than that, the app has been wonky lately. It's such a shame this happened

if worst comes to worst my brother has a 3ds he isnt using and i could do a system transfer to see if it works there

Okay, but BE CAREFUL if you do the system transfer. I've heard from another artist on colors that when they did that, all of their drawings in their offline gallery was gone. So if you wanted to save your drawings as pictures to your sd or something before going through with the , that's just a heads up.

@0Pama0 I've already deleted the software and redownloaded it so I've pretty much accepted that all my offline gallery stuff will be gone haha
most of it was just wips I'll never finish so I don't really mind

i dont know if itll fix what youre experiencing but it worked when i got a corrupted drawing once that i couldnt delete

the only problem is that itll delete any wips you had in your offline paintings,,, but its worth a shot
