You really catch the tone of this well, I love this background and it's amazing what a few simple black lines can do. I'm just throwing this out there, but there's a comic called Erma and it's pretty much about the Ring woman's half human half yokai daughter. It's funnier and cuter then it probably sounds.

I never saw that movie but alot about from my mom. She said she never watched another horror movie after that xD
