This is Aureoris, the mysterious purple-eyed Venatavis that guided Danger out to sea to Vahlemas after his home was destroyed by Soledormir's minions, and rescued Ruby (Shadow's Albino) after she also lost everything. He now lives in secret with Ruby and is teaching her how to live in secret, how to keep hidden, and how to survive against the enemies of the Venatavis. He's also taught her some things about the forgotten history of their people, and has some old relics from the time of Gorgeon as well.
