you have just did it, i understand it now.
there will be different locations like underwater, volcanos, deserts, abandoned cities, space stations, space itself, underground like bunkers or mines
theres free roaming and story but you will suck if you dont complete story because that unlocks new abilities and items that will make you stronger but at the same time its gonna get harder cause you unlock more areas and enemies.
theres also gonna be some team feature that will be focused on alot and there will be multiplayer and you can stay together or split up.
theres gonna be fuel and that will eventually run out and you will die so youll either need a healing/looter character with you or stock up on fuel you find throughout the game or use a refuel station.
theres gonna be blocked stuff that only a certain character can solve with their unique ability.
and uh
