Auto desk sketchbook is a good one, so is ibis paint! I have used ibis paint and auto desk and I find them really good, ibis does have in app purchases but you can use ads to get more pens but you’ll have to do it everyday to use it I think, and like the other comment said, procreate is a good paid for art app, it has animation options also! I have procreate and think it’s really cool :3

Ah okie.
That sounds kinda annoying but it's better than nothing.
Speaking of pens i don't really have a stylus yet so that sucks, lol.
Also yeah i notice the animation part too!
Kinda interested on paying for that app just for that, pfft.
