Fun story! While making this as I was doing the border my 3DS randomly broke! Touch screen, buttons, nothing was working. Turns out my screen protector (It's uneven on my 3DS) was wedged on the edge of the screen thus permanently pressing the touch screen as soon as I lifted it up it worked good as new :'D
No borders for me, Until I change my screen protector :)
