Luxia looked over her shoulder and smiled indulgently (and a bit creepily) at Althea. 'Such a shame you don't even seem capable of using it properly, Ginger. A few more years' practice, perhaps - or a few decades.'

Stellarus: "Heh, try a few centuries. What is it you say, dearest Stella, she's a...talentless hack? Eheheheheh."

{As Stellarus chuckled, the draugrs looked up. There was Dianne and her void draugrs, flying in towards the group.}

Stellarus: "Ah, there's Dianne."

"So either my stick is worthless or I don't know how to use it? Geez you guys are more inconsistent then a flock of crow dragons." Althea chuckled

Luxia raised a hand to shield her eyes, despite the lack of bright light, and watched as Dianne's silhouette approached through the stormy sky.

'Ahh, another friend of yours, Stetson? Good, good. We'll probably need the help. There are about thirty voidbeasts hiding in the woods nearby, waiting to attack us.'

Stellarus: "I'm sorry, what?"

{Dianne then lands and shifts, looking rather displeased.}

Dianne: "Stella?! Why are you here?"

Stellarus: "It's Stellarus, darling. We're here to rescue you."

Luxia gazed around, seeming distracted and making no effort to greet Dianne. 'Hmm, yes, there are... five void wyverns, five of those creepy long-armed humanoid thingys, and about ten giant acid lizards,' she reeled off. 'I suggest we all stay close together.'

She squinted at Euterpe. 'Loopy, be careful. I doubt you're capable of fighting. Wouldn't want to lose any of those pretty feathers, now would you?'

Euterpe shifted, her posture and and general expression changed to something of a more feral nature. Her eyes were borderline wild, it was almost just like the night they had first arrived at Caelum.
'Let them come.' She growled.

(She will either flee or go berserk fhfjfh)

{Dianne doesn't have time to greet or question Luxia or Althea, sensing the oncoming attack. She shouts commands to the draugr, who then line up and form a phalanx in front of the group, pikes forward. Dianne then takes a sword from one of the draugrs and pulls Stellarus behind her.}

Dianne: "Dolorus, stay behind me."

Stellarus: "Hey! We're not a child!"

(Just heads up will be heading off soon(30mins-1hr maybe) , I'll be replying later tonight when things get chill B) )

For a moment, Luxia scrunched her eyes shut; when she reopened them, a heavy aura of magical power could be felt radiating from her in waves, like charged electricity.

'Time to blaaaaast!' she cried in a singsong voice.

From the trees on either side of the group, numerous drooling creatures began to emerge. They saw the large group as a plentiful food source, not a potential threat. Several of the wyverns and giant lizards charged at the draugrs. Another wyvern targeted Dianne and Stellarus, snarling as it circled them.

One of the giant armour-backed lizards came slinking towards Euterpe, opening its mouth to spit droplets of acidic saliva at the small dragon's side.

( @Alk - Also, if you allow the lizard's saliva to hit Euterpe, it will burn her feathers and the skin beneath, but it won't be highly dangerous unless it hits a sensitive area like an eyeball.)

Euterpe reared back and opened her wings in a menacing manner. The dragon then began open her mouth, shrieking the most unholy sounds, those similar to that of an angry owl.

Standing on her own back two paws to appear bigger, the dragoness then took one paw and swooped it at the lizard face like if she were some large cat.

Meanwhile Althea began to ready her staff for spell casting staying close to Luxia. The elf the whisperer to the witch. "Alright you seem to know more about spellcasting than I how should I pummel these losers then witch?"

(Good to note! I think I may do that, thanks for the description! )

The giant lizard watched stupidly as Euterpe's paw descended towards it. Her claws struck the top of its armoured head, glancing off without causing any harm. It lunged in retaliation, catching Euterpe's wrist in its jaws and then rolling sideways, trying to pull her off her feet.

Luxia smiled at Althea, though it looked a bit strained, as she was focusing on holding the magic within herself. 'Try using fire against them. They hate fire, they do. That is... if you're good enough to create even a candle-sized flame...'

(AKA the lizard tries to do the crocodile death roll)

{Dianne shifts and, with her undead wyvern charging in, attacks the circling void beast. The draugrs charge forward to clash with the wyverns and lizards, looking to impale them on their pikes.

The lizards and wyverns set off with an unearthy series of noises, mostly ear-splitting shrieks and howls, as they were attacked by the draugrs. Several of the wyverns were impaled on the draugrs' pikes, but the giant lizards reflected the blows with their armadillo-like plating.

The wyvern that had been circling Dianne screeched and lunged forwards, coming in low and fast, aiming to grab her by the neck with its long jaws.

(I'm going back on my DS, but I'll still reply if anyone comes back before I go offline. I just might be slower.)

{Once the wyvern was on top of Dianne, she became a smoke like mass. Rematierializing on top of the wyvern, she locks her jaws over the back of its neck, decaying it away.}

The captive wyvern screeched and writhed, trying to break free even as its scales and flesh rapidly decayed.

While Dianne was occupied with the wyvern, a long-armed, humanoid voidbeast (the same species that had attacked Althea earlier in the day) came lurching towards Stellarus, swinging its arms, which were tipped with claw-like nails.

{The draugrs attacking the lizards lunge forward, getting on top of it and stabbing at its eyes.}

{Stellarus just grins, muttering something under their breath. As it swings its arms, Stellarus deftly ducks and taps its passing arm with her hand. The area she touched begins to rapidly decay, spreading up and down its arm. Dianne, seeing that Stellarus was being attacked, claws at the underside of the wyvern's neck, trying to end that fight as quickly as possible.}

The lizards slowly began to fall back under the draugrs' onslaught, several sporting gruesome wounds from where blows had hit their unarmoured spots. As they backed up, they sprayed torrents of acid in an attempt to keep the draugrs from pursuing them.

The humanoid monster gazed for a moment at its decaying arm. It was hard to tell whether it felt pain, or anything for that matter. It then ran towards Stellarus, slashing rapidly with its undamaged arm.

The wyvern caught in Dianne's grip twitched, then slowly sunk down as dark blood seeped from its wounds.

{Stellarus continuously backs away, avoiding the creature's attacks. Once Dianne had finished it off, she raises it, leaps off of it, and lands squarely on top of the humanoid, crushing it. Most of the draugrs leapt away from the acid, but the few that got caught simply lost a bit of their armor, revealing the chemical smelling corpses beneath. As one of the lizards backs away while spraying acid, one of the draugrs lunges forward and jams its half melted pike down its throat.}

(Going to halt this for now, to avoid progressing too much while Alk is absent.)
