Well, you could go the pirahna plant route and reference all those forms in his moves. Like maybe his neutral B is a cannon shot, his dash attack is fr3sh on the skateboard, and his up B could be something to do with pinwheel, because it's not entirely clear to me what pinwheel's gimmick is right now.

Just gonna spit-ball some more ideas here:
-Down B counter with hypno stunning the enemy for a quick sec (sorta like mewtwo's down B)
-Safety snoot on parry or something
-Most airials and tilts done by og snoot
-Or you could pull a Byleth and assign specific directions to specific snoots
-Edgy/Pointy snoot side B combo (like Marth's side B, starting with pointy starting the attack, and edgy finishing off)
