all the colors represent some different elements, you can decide which ones
her normal eyes are always closed but when she opens them she goes friggin tengen toppa super saiyan critical finish mode, you can decide the design on that if you want or just make them pure light.

her personality is calm, like really calm, like the most calm being in all of existance.
she loves her planet and gets sad when it gets harmed in some way like pollution or wars or some other things i cant think of.
