8 Facts About Feonyx! by Luminas
I got tagged by @-blake- to do this with my RWBY OC #FeonyxLM , so here we go!

1. Feonyxes parents immigrated to Mantle from Vacuo, and once her father started his Robotics Company they moved up to Atlas.
2. She has three older brothers, all in the Atlas Military. This leaves her in line to inherit her father's Company.
3. I originally planned to base her character on the Firebird from Tsarevitch Ivan, the Firebird and the Grey Wolf (CONT)

3. So her family's ascent to wealth makes some sort of sense, but I plan to make her some sort of Outlaw to fit the fairytale better.
4. Originally, Feonyx was supposed to lose her leg, but I thought it'd be too hard to find a design that showcased that fact, so she lost her arm under rubble at the Fall of Beacon instead.
5. Feonyx and her teammate Yasin used to be called Pheonyx and Tyrien, and they were on a collaborative team with my friend called CRPT (Crypt). Unfortunately the team fell apart but I have plans set.
6. Feonyx built her spear herself, and had a massive input in the construction of her arm. Both have dust compartments built-in, and Feonyxes robotic hand has a sort of circular opening on the palm, like a blast cannon?
7. After the Fall of Beacon, Feonyx was forced to help the Atlas Military as a licensed Huntress, and Ironwood tried to make her enrol in the military. She ran away after she was instructed to apprehend and/or kill her ex-teammate Yasin.

8. Feonyx loves loves LOVES tinkering around with robotics and mechanics. She's built several small robots, automated limbs and is currently making a completely functional robotic armour for herself. She's what she considers a "Greasemonkey", and when she's not working she's busy making blueprints and experiments.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON 4.
4. The original concept was to lose her leg, but I couldn't find a design to showcase this. So she lost her arm on a student mission to a Chimaera in her second year instead, NOT AT THE FALL OF BEACON.
