and he seems edgy but he just supposed to be funny
i need him to go even further beyond

oooh, he looks pretty neat, but I can understand him not feeling quite right. Even though I personally think he looks more like a tribal cult leader than a chaos deity, I feel that the right color scheme could definitely push him into that chaos deity territory.

Maybe he's a more descrete form of chaos.
While Screwball and co are very out there and energetic, this guy seems more layed back and calculating, planting the seeds of destruction everywhere he goes; a mystical figure that makes people go insane in a similar fashion to Nyarlethotep.
In his downtime though, he's a pretty chill dude, and you would have a nice time having a drink with him provided you don't go insane first.
Maybe he competes with Screwball on chaos spreading from time to time, who knows?
