As for this girl, I've left a couple of things up for your decision: it's up to you whether or not she has eyes under the shadows on her face, and whether or not her wings get bigger when she goes to use them. While drawing her, I imagined her using some kind of shadow magic paired with ash/smoke, but again, it's up to you what kind of magic you'd prefer. Oh! I also imagined her to be rather small as well, maybe 4 feet tall? Again, that's up to you.
