Her therapist look seems like the most drastic change in her vocations list, is there a specific reason, or it's just only how you drew her?

She never wanted to be a therapist. She lives in a futristic Gov't that controls what people do before they're even born. She was placed in the medical branch and was a trained from a young age.
She hated her first job, being a battle nurse-- she would run into fire with a team, drag injured soldiers to nearby tents and help them. Since her medical team always had supplies, and they're requests for extra helped was always denied (because they worked on "minor" battles) her work was like a scene from WWI-- bloody, screaming, cutting, ect. (Her exact age at this time is N/A, she was in her somewhat late teens. So 16-18 years old.)

Moving on... (panel two) she took on being a therapist. It was emotionally taxing and draining but she cared about helping people. At the time when she had three patients, she couldn't save one of them. After they ended themselves, she couldn't take it anymore. She had quit on two of her remaining patients. One patients didn't want to get a new therapist and stalked her. She broke into Nat's house and Nat accidently was hurt in the incident. Her other patient is a friend ( #rogerg). She left him in his time to need, and she feels guilty every time she looks at him...

That explains alot ...she has a rough life! I'm surprise she's still able to smile in the other two panels!
