I've walked on sidewalks before. People always avoid splashing me with their car. It's common decency. So why is it any time a fictional character is by a road in the rain it's "PFWSHHHHH"
This is why. Background characters are like "oh they're lookin' a bit too dry" and go for the drift. Thanks for coming.
