Arashi was a prize from @PearlFlygon He is also a Confetti dragon which belong to Pearl Flygon.

Arashi was an intresting case in that I designed him myself originally he was over done but now he looks much better It's a bit sad because I just redesigned him so this is the first and last time he'll be drawn like this. He's actually an Antro species but because at the time I could only draw quadrapeds I made the excuse he was raised by wolves so I could draw him on all fours
