(Most of this is in the Renashin lore but I'll do it again anyway)
The red Renashin is the Spirit of Firestorm destruction, This Renashin storm causes fire whirl also know as fire devil ( a,k,a fire tornado) the fire storm can get so hot and Fierce it's been know to truned those trap in it's storm to Ash statues.

How person who is the Red Renashin born changes forms, is been in contact with fire, the individual skin with burn off revealing the Renashin hide underneath, the process would stink like burning flesh until the change is done. The Renashin hide look like burnt charcoal or fire wood that what the White is on him is, is ash.

To shift back, the red Renashin needs to get cooled off, water is the best way to do this, the Red Renashin hide will trun to ash and fall off the individual revealing the humanoid again
