Different natures get different effects.. And the rarest 1: is the protagonist, who's predicted to evolve differently, which is 1 of the reasons she goes back for him..

Again, I wish the description was intended for 3-5 year olds to use.

To be clear: the virus affects the mind. If you have normal mindset, you'll get sick and'll live or die based on your actions/health.
If you have a goals, you'll simply get extra steength and hiegten senses, and speak without a filter.
If you have a obsession: you'll have little filter and mundane and/or super powers.
At the top of it all: the protagonist has a strange mindset, being optimistic, yet tired of the entirety of humanity by this point. The cult is baded around what will hqppen when he evolves. And Holly takes charge of making sure he does safely.
Luckily for her, she not only has a important position, but it's with someone she so happens to have a crush on. Which she has trouble hiding for several years.. ......
