This is the Carson mum.

She has a disease called "Osteonecrosis" which is a bone disease where there is a loss of bloodflow to the bones that causes tissue to die and the bones to ultimately collapse. She is bedridden, but for the sake of this drawing, she is standing.

She has a daughter son, and her husband left her with them to raise them. Her son has a soft spot for his mother, and refuses to make doctors appointments, scared of reality hitting him. She looks like me >-<
