Anglarea by Cleric
Thanks to @Kaythepikachu for the inspiration! These fairies DO lure fish to them to eat. Though, thank to over-fishing (using nets, machines ect..) these creaures will SOMETIMES come from the depths to take fish back as food/livestock.
..What? Stealing's wrong? Over fishing/hunting is worse, there'd be none left for anyone if they weren't there!
