The Tempest song Dragon do have a humanoid form, they tend to keep some of their dragon Appearance even in this form, they have 4 Fingers and toes, they do have ears their just hidden behind the featherly fluff.
The gems on them can glow, they tend to use them at night.
This girly special as she has night sky feathers, the stars on her feathers
A little fun thing about female of this species is, the end of their tail looks like a fan, they will actually use it like that but the most common thing their know for is when shy or spook they will take their tail and hide their face behind it, they do this in both forms.

Her ears would be similar to an elf but with fluff and the tips would be blue :)
