Let see here, this species is one i haven't done much with, but here what I got on them.
Tempest song Dragon were given this name because Sailors say when In the mettle of a storm sometimes a song can be heard, a Melody that Washes away fear... because of this there are both good and bad stories about this species, some say the song hypnotize others to lead them to a watery grave as others say it because of their song that they were able to overcome their fear and live.
