With the release of Paper Mario: The Origami King, I decided to make this new art to commemorate the old days of the first three Classic Paper Mario games, that I still consider them beautiful childhood games full of wit and fantastic storytelling and narrative structure.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited to try out Origami King since it will be a good game on its own, but I just accepted that the Paper Mario series that I once knew will never return to the roots it once was, I gave up hope on that, but I'll treasure the memories I had with these three games.
