Emii (ehm-me) was abandoned by his previous master and didn’t really have a proper name, so Zen gave him one. He called him Emerald, Emii for short for his green eyes and because that’s what his weapon’s blade is made of! :P Zen saw how bad his condition was and decided to form a contract with him since without a master he could not heal the little guy, only the master is able to heal the divine tool nothing else will work. He knows divine tools are supposed to only be for humans but why can’t a grim reaper use one too? He offered Emii to end the contract once he was done healing him, but he refused. He saw a bright future in Zen and that was how Zen got his seal and new human image.

after meeting Emii he was able to work at the bar, live in an apartment, and live among humans, he used to just wander the Earth guiding souls like any other reaper. He observed humans from afar and learned to imitate their emotions over time, he was the odd one among the reapers since his curiosity likes to take over. He learned to play the piano and desired to know what it felt like to love hearing music. Thanks to Emii he got what he wanted but he also learned about the feeling of sadness and despair, anger and rage, etc. In the present time, He lives with Emii in his apartment and works at the bar either playing the piano or covering for other positions like serving drinks or doing the dishes.

His human image looks older than death’s and he has the look of a 21-year-old. He’s very kind, energetic, and known to be very caring. He loves jazz music and hanging out with Emii. He got hired at his job mostly because he attracts a lot of female customers! X’D but he’s also good at doing his job! u w u

Even though he always seems happy and open, whenever someone would ask about his past he would try to avoid the topic and bring up a new one. He's not as open as he may seem but Emii is very determined to learn all about his new master. :D

the other reapers are not liking his actions but he doesn't care. He never wanted to feel nothing and do the same old routine anymore. The angels allowed him to stay this way as long as he continues to guide souls to heaven! :3

He's not too associated with humans much anyway and keeps a comfortable distance, he's pretty casual and carefree! :P

I'm also working on Emerald's refs too! It will take me a while but it will happen! They are just messy sketches right now! xD
